"Adrien..."
That voice echoed through my ears. It wasn't a friendly voice. It was more like a soft, eerie , haunting, voice.
I must have been hallucinating because of lack of sleep, so I decided to ignore it.
"Adrien..."
There it was again. But it sounded tiny bit closer this time.
A few more minutes past until I heard the voice speak again.
"Don't ignore me, Adrien. I know you know I'm here."
The voice was closer this time. Not a lot, but still, it was getting closer.
20 minutes past and I hadn't heard the voice, and I was about to finally drift into sleep when...
"Since you choose to ignore me, I won't be nice now," the voice said, a bit harsher.
Oh please tell me I'm dreaming...
1 minute later it spoke again.
"I'm outside your door, Adrien."
A wave of fear washed over me. I don't think I'm dreaming anymore...
I decided to transform into Chat Noir and jump out the window. (As quietly as possible.)
When I was transformed, I started to book it outta there.
But something stopped me dead in my tracks as I was running to the window.
It was Ladybug.
But at the same time it wasn't.
She had dead, light grey skin instead of her pretty pale skin. Her mask was halfway covering her face, while the rest had rotted away. Her hair was a tangled mess, as if a rat had been living in it. Her suit was torn here and there, with blood where the tears were. But the most horrifying thing was....
She had no eyes. Those gorgeous, blue bell eyes were replaced with two black holes.
"You're going to pay for the suffering you've caused me, Adrien."
And then she attacked.
In the news the next day...
"There have been two individuals that have died recently: Adrien Agreste and Marinette Dupain Cheng.
The cause of the two's death is unknown. The only thing that was found was a carving in Mr. Agreste's room: 'You would have loved me if you knew who I really was. Now you will be with me forever.'
That is all for now. Have a good day everyone."
If only Adrien didn't reject Marinette. Then she would not have killed herself. Then she wouldn't have became a ghost. Then she would not have killed Adrien. But you know how that saying goes....
