Chapter 8- The Monsters' Arena

"You shoot me down, but I won't fall

  After Madison finished the survey she handled it to Marilyn. Later at night Josh, Rob, and Marilyn joined Henry to see the results in his office.

-" She's too good for her own good!" Henry yelled and tossed the papers to the floor. Rob picked them up and checked it along with his brother and archenemy.

-" Ok, she knows how to survive at least 2 days in nature, but we still don't know if she can survive attackers. Don't worry too much Henry or you'll get older quicker." Rob said.

-" But Rob, she knows how to punch. We all saw Louise's face. That gives her a lot of advantage." Josh fired back.

-" Come on J, she punched Louise, AKA: the biggest weenie in this whole continent. That doesn't prove anything. She needs strong attackers, not a hot chick with old sassy comments even our grandma says better. She needs excellent attackers with the same strenght as the ones in the Games." Rob replied.

-" And that's where you'll enter." Henry said.

-" Yeah yeah ok... WAIT WHAT?!" Rob yelled standing up from his seat "Why would I help?"

-" First off, we already told you hundreds of times you will do this. Second you need to be present when Madison shuts your mouth." Marilyn smirked

-" First off, how she's going to prove me wrong? She's never fought with though people. And second, I don't want to do this!'

-" You clearly don't know her former hobby." Marilyn said rolling her eyes.

-" Which is?" Josh asked.

-" Fighting in bars." Marilyn squeaked. Henry widened his eyes.

-" You sure she's 16?" Rob chuckled. Marilyn just glared at him and slapped his arm hard.

-" Anyway, we have to test her Instincts, Aiming and her official Fighting skills, and Rob will do it since Marilyn did her part and Josh is just a track keeper. Do you understand?" Henry said sternly.

-" What if I don't do it?" Rob defied.

-" You know what I can do to your little sister, right?"

 Josh and Rob widened their eyes and clenched their jaws at Henry's threat. Josh gave Rob the "Don't you dare put our sister in danger" look.

-" Fine, I'll do it" Rob sighed.

-" Good, just do like Marilyn: Invent some ocassion and get to work. And make sure you record everything, I won't be there but I need to analyze her skills with my eyes. Now you understand? And remember you already failed me by not asking her when I told you. Am I right?" Rob just nodded.

-" Just as I thought. Ask her tomorrow morning; I don't care if you have important stuff to do. And you better take her there tomorrow night. Understood that too?"

-" Yes." Rob said flatly "Can I leave now?"

-" Yes, all of you can." Henry waved them off.

The 3 teenagers left the office and just looked at each other.

-" You better do a good job Robbie Nathaniel Peters, because if something happens to our sister I won't care going to jail for murder." Josh threatened and left to his dorm with Marilyn following.
