Michael's POV

I can't believe I actually said we were getting a dog. I mean now I can't tell Mia no, we have to get a dog. I can tell Jeremy is mad at me too. So here we are, at the animal shelter, getting a dog. As soon as we got there, Mia ran to go see the dogs. We usually go every Friday to walk and play with the dog, so Mia knew exactly ware to go. I waved to Jenna at the front desk, and followed my family. I found Mia and Jeremy playing with this small runt lad pit bull mix. I knew she was going to get that one, she has had her eyes on him since he was born two weeks ago.

"We want this on papa, his name is Mahal" Mia said to me. Well there is no going back, she named him. I let out a soft sigh.

"Okay Mia if that's who you want, you can have him" I said as I picked up the dog and took him to the front desk.

"Jenna, we have decided that we are going to adopt this little guy" I say.

"That's wonderful Michael, I'll get the papers" she said as she printed the papers and gave them to me to sign. I sign the papers and now we have a dog.

"Mia, you got your puppy, now we are going to pet smart to get some toys and food and stuff" I said as I carrying the puppy to the car with my family following behind. We went to pet smart and got some food, food and water bowls, toys, treats, and a collar and leash. Then we got a heart shaped dog tag and got his name ingraved. We took the puppy to the park and played all day long. Both Mia and Mahal were so tired they fell asleep wall we were watching the the sunset.

"I'll get Mia, you get Mahal" I said picking up my daughter. Jeremy picked up our newest member of the family. I got mia in the car and Mahal went to cuddle with her. The drive was silent till Jeremy broke it.

"Michael, I think I want another baby" Jeremy said.
