Michael's POV

"I want another baby"

I was shocked ate what he said but I couldn't say I didn't agree with him. I do want another baby, I miss the feeling of taking care of a small child. Amila is very independent, the only thing she really lets me do is her hair.

"Then lets have another baby. We can got to the orphanage tomorrow and see what lucky young boy or young lady melts our hearts like Mia did" I reply knowing surrogate mother wouldn't be right this time.

"Really? You don't think it's to soon?" He asked.

"Not at, in fact I think it's a perfect time to have another. Mia just started being independent and I miss being able to take care of a baby" I say. Then I hear a yawn from the back seat.

"Afternoon Mia, have a good nap sweetie?" I asked.

"Yeah, what are you two talking about? You woke me up" She replied.

"We me and your papa were thinking about having another baby. You're going to be a big sister" Jeremy explains. I saw Mia's smile grow on her face.

~~~~~~~~Time skip~~~~~~~
It's been a month since Jeremy and I agreed on adopting another baby, we need time to prepare . It was a Friday and Mia wanted to come with us to the orphanage. We were greeted by a blue eyed brown haired thin lady.
"How may I help this lovely family of yours?" She asked with a smile.
"We're looking for my new brother or sister" Mia said with excitement.
"Indeed we are" I say.
"That's great, now are you looking for a baby, toddler or child?" The lady questioned.
"A baby from the range of 3 to 9 months old" Jeremy replied.
"Well in that case I have three baby boys around that age group that would love a new home. If you would follow me I'll introduce you" the lady said walking into another room as we followed. We saw three cribs , the lady guided us over to the first crib. Instead that crib was a small light skinned boy with gray eyes and a small amount of blond hair.
"This is Bennett, he is four months old and he was brought the orphanage after he was born. He gets grumpy sometimes and is a little trouble maker" the lady explains. I wasn't really feeling a connection with the baby and I could tell nether was my family. The lady could see it too and walked towards the next crib. This baby looked older, pale almost white skin blue eyes and red hair.
"This is Ashton, he is nine months old and has been with us for a week. He's sweet but shy and doesn't speak much or play with the other kids as much. He is very intelligent though" she explained about the child. He was cute but not exactly melting my heart.
"And what about this little guy?" Mia asked looking in the last crib. Her face was lit up with happiness as she looked at the small child in front of her. I walked over to the crib with Jeremy by my side to see a caramel skinned baby with black hair and one brown eye and one blue eye. Just looking at him I knew that I loved him and that he was going to be my son. He was so unique, different and that makes him perfect. I looked at Jeremy and Mia to see they loved him too.
"What's his name? Jeremy asked.
"His name is Luca, he is three months old and his parents died in a fire a month ago. He has heterochomia which is why one of his eyes is blue, he can see perfectly fine though" the lady explained. I fell in love with this little boy, he is the one, he is my son.
"Can I hold him?" I asked, the lady nodded and I picked him up and held him in my arms. He looked at me and smiled.
"Hey there little man, you want to come home with me and my family? Do you want to be my son? Because I would love to be your papa. What do you two think?" I ask looking at my family as Luca giggles in my arms.
"He's different, that makes him really cool. I love him" Amila said joyfully.
"He's perfect for our family" Jeremy said.
"Welcome to the family Luca" I say. We signed the adoption papers then headed home with both of our amazing kids in the back seat of our car.
"We need to take him shopping papa, he need new clothes" Mia said.
"We'll go shopping tomorrow, when me and Papa get paid, that way you can get something's too. We don't favor our kids, if we take one shopping we take both" Jeremy explained, I agreed with him by nodding. We didn't want Mia to feel left out just because Luca is here and taking care of a baby is time consuming.
"Exactly, both our kids are equally loved. We don't have favorites" I say. I love my family with all my heart, now we got another little bundle of joy to share the love with.
