Chapter 38 - I am Damaged

Two days later...

I sat in the large court room, wide eyed and a nervous wreck. He glared at me as I sat next to the judge and my lawyer asked me what happened. I took a deep breath and began telling every detail to the jury. I didn't look at Nathan, I couldn't, I was scared. Tears streamed down my cheeks as I continued to tell the entire court room how he drugged and raped me. I looked at Ant, who sat behind my lawyer, his face was flooded with tears and his hand covered his mouth as he wept. My heart shattered seeing him like this. "...Miss L/N?" The judge saying my name jolted me back to reality. "I-Im sorry..." "Thats fine, please go on." I nodded and went on until there was nothing left to say. "Will you show the jury what he did to you?" My lawyer said "Objection!" His attorney yelled as he stood up. "Overruled, I'll allow it." The judge said. His attorney huffed and sat down. I looked to Ant, he gave the ok with a nod and I stood up. I lifted my shirt to reveal the several bruises and scratches. Gasps came from multiple directions. "Nothing further." My lawyer said. "Have a seat Miss L/N." I walked to my seat next to my lawyer and sat down. "I would like to call Nathan Sinkiwicz to the stand." His attorney called. He stood up and sat down. His attorney began asking him questions related to what happened. "Did Miss L/N every tell you to stop?" "I dunno, couldn't really hear over all the moaning." He smirked. I flashed a face of disgust and shook my head. "Did she say no?" "Mannn, she loved it, she was cumming like a train." "Nothing further." The attorney sat down and my lawyer stood up. "You said you couldn't hear her correct?" "Uhh no, I didn say taht." My lawyer looked confused. "Mr. Sinkiwicz, can you remember the last question I asked?" "Uhhh maybe?" I whispered 'what the hell' to myself. "Mr. Sinkiwicz, are you intoxicated?" "Heheh only a lil." It went silent. "Your honor, he clearly isn't in the right state to be here, nor in the right state to answer the questions. We need to wait before we can continue." My lawyer said to the judge. "Agreed. We will continue in a day." Everyone stood up and I hugged Ant tight. "You did so well baby." I cried into his shoulder and he pet my hair. I pulled away and Ant shook my lawyers hand. I grabbed his hand and we both walked out of the court room.
