Chapter 18 - Meeting Him

Me and Anthony arrived at the starbucks and got drinks. We sat at a table outside and waited. "You nervous?" He said grabbing my hand. I nodded and sighed. I looked around and saw a man with an athletic figure look down at his phone and look around. He scanned the small area and soon our gazes met. I stood up and his smile started growing. "Dad... Dad!" I ran to him and hugged him. He pulled away and held my shoulders to get a good look at me. "Look at you! You've grown into a beautiful young woman!" We both let tears fall as he cupped my face in his hands. He wiped my tears and then wiped his. He looked at where I was sitting before and saw Anthony. "Who's he?" I smiled and we went to sit down "My boyfriend. Hes great, his birthday is in two days actually. I moved in with him this morning." I sat down and Ant stood up and shook my dad's hand "Anthony Ramos, its great to meet you, sir." He said with a smile "You too son. Is Y/N being good to you?" "Shes great really. I wouldn't ask for anyone else in the world." He turned to me and I smiled and blushed. We all sat down and caught up. Until my dad brought up, of course, sex. "Dad!" I slapped his arm. He only laughed. Anthony turned bright red. "What! Im getting old I want a grandkid or two!" If only he fucking knew. I rolled my eyes "OK dad." We all laughed. "Hey, why don't you come to Ant's party on Sunday? You could meet my other friends." He nodded. He looked at his watch and stood up "Well, I should go, ive got me a date!" He smiled and fixed his shirt "Go get her dad!" He smiled and embraced me. "See you Sunday?" "See you Sunday." He placed a kiss on my cheek then turned to Anthony. "Nice meeting you son. Make sure you take the grandkid thing into consideration." He winked at Ant "Dad!" I blushed "GOTTA GO! LOVE YA KIDDO!" He said as he ran to a car parked nearby. Me and Ant walked to our car and got in. We drove right home and went inside. I plopped down on the couch and Ant cuddled up next to me. "Today was a good day." "You bet." Anthony stroked my hair and Kyah laid at my feet. I fell asleep while holding Anthony, listening to his heart beat.

The Next Morning
I woke up in the bed. How the... whatever. I wasn't complaining but I was confuzzled. I got up and took a shower. Brushed my hair and shiz. I was super drowsy and wanted to sleep but I was hungry too. Food and sleep. Both are great but alas, can't do em both at the same time. I went into the kitchen and Ant wasn't there. Then I saw Kyah wining at the door. He must've went shopping or something. I decided to call Jazzy because she wasn't able to come to Ant's party and I wanted to tell her.

J-Hello?
Hey...
J-Uh whats up Y/N?
Can you come over I need to tell you something.
J-sure I guess. Ill be there soon.
Ok see you.

I hung up and warmed up a slice of leftover pizza and ate it quickly. A few minutes later I heard knocking at the door. I opened it and gave Jaz a hug. She was startled at first but then hugged back. She seemed relived that I wasn't mad about "the incident" I mean, of course I was mad. But I was somewhat over it. We both sat down on the couch "So whats up?" I took a deep breath "Im... Im pregnant." She smiled wide "OMG CONGRATS!" She hugged me and I hugged her back "Who else knows?!" "Just you and Pip. Im telling everyone else tomorrow." We pulled away and she squealed. "Im so happ-" she was interrupted by Anthony walking in. "Oh uh, hey Jaz." She waved "Why are we so happy?" Quick I need an excuse "The trailer for stranger things 2 is out know!" Jaz soon caught on "Yep! Im a sucker for a good show!" I pulled my phone out to make it seem like we were going to watch it. We both loved the show, but had already seen the trailer. "Ill leave you too it then." He went into the bedroom and closed the door. I sighed a sigh of relief and so did Jazzy. We highfived and turned on the TV.
