Christina and I are still silently crying.

After about five more minutes she lets go of me, "Are you good?"

I slowly nod.

"So exactly why are you here?" She says wiping under her eyes.

I take a deep breath to compose myself. I feel the streaks of mascara drying on my face.

"After you came over yesterday, I think everything just clicked in Corbyn's mind," I start, "And I think he realized, I'm not her. I'm not the girl he wants to be with anymore. And never realized how insensitive I was to you throughout this."

"Y/ n," she says putting her hands on my shoulders, "Trust me. You are her. I saw the saw the way he looked at you that first day we met. He cared for, but I don't think he knew how."

I sit perplexed for a moment.

Could we really be meant for each other? No. That's not possible. You aren't meant for anyone. Are you?

"Call him," Christina bursts out, "Call him right now."

"I can't, I want to but I can't," I feel something getting caught in my throat again. Up have my phone in my hands, but they're shaking very badly.

"Just do it," Christina says grabbing my phone and shoving it in my face. (I just remembered Shia Labeouf and his JUST DO IT!)

I can easily go to his contact and call, but I dial his number to let my mind process everything I want to say.

It rings... two rings... three...

"Y/ N," Corbyn says in a worried voice.

"Hi Corbs," I say.

He sighs, "Where are you? Are you okay? I didn't mean-"

"Corbyn," I cut him off, "I'm fine. Meet me at our spot?"

At first I'm not sure if he thinks of this bench as our spot, but I do. I think of it as one of the most luckiest places ever. It might not be okay right now, but it will be eventually.

*****

About five ten minutes later, Corbyn pulls around the street.

He jumps out of the car and runs to me. He wraps his arms around me.  This, I now know for a fact, is my safe place. I hug back. He pulls back and kisses my forehead, then my lips.

"I'm sorry," he says against my lips, "It may not mean anything now, but I didn't mean any of it."

"I believe you."

Christina stands up, "I'm really sorry for starting all of this. I just want you guys to be together. I don't know why I did all of those things. I really am sorry. I hope we can all be friends."

"Oh we are not-" Corbyn whispers.

I jump in, "We can try. It may take some time, but eventually we'll be rock solid." I put a fist up.

Christina laughs, "Rock solid," she repeats. She puts her hand in a fist. I unwrap my arms from Corbyn's hips and walk over to Christina.

We fist bump. I give her a hug.

Another car pulls up behind Corbyn's, or Karen's technically.

Kali jumps out with Zach.

I'M SO CONFUSED! I THOUGHT IT WAS JACK.

"Christina how could you?" Kali's voice cracks.

I run over to her to stop her from trampling Christina.

"Its fine, we're fine," I tell her, "See? All in one piece. No one's hurt. We're okay. I promise."

"You are lucky Y/ N and Corbyn think you're cool," Kali says.

She walks over to Christina. Kali puts her hand out. I can see Christina flinch.

"Truce?" Kali suggests.

Christina is hesitant to put her hand out, "I wasn't aware we were in need of a truce, but..." they shake hands.

"You don't seem too bad Christina Marie," Kali says.

"How do you know my name?" Christina asks.

Kali shrugs, "I'm a Chickee."

We all laugh at this.

I think we'll be fine. I know we'll a be fine.

This chapter isn't even that long, but it took like four hours to write.

And I'm so sad. I can't go to the concert because, well... I don't have 300 dollars to drop on the spot. I don't even have enough for general admission.

And my mom doesn't want me to go alone.
