Chapter 31

I really didn't like being backstage. I couldn't see anything but the guys backs.

Corbyn and Jack turned to me and Kali during Tell Me, and smiled.

"He's singing to you," I tell Kali.

She blushes, "No he isn't," she tries to cover her shakey voice with a laugh.

"I mean," I shrug, "If you say so child."

"I'm a year older than you," she scolds, "If anything you're the child."

We just laugh.

Karen taps on our shoulders, "I got our Aguas." (I'm pretty sure that's spelled right, unless it has an accent somewhere.)

"BRO," I say, "You missed it, Jack sang to Kali."

Kali smacks me on the arm.

Eben walks up to us, "The guys are doing great, huh?"

We all nod.

"Y/N when you weren't here Corbyn could barely remember how to two step," he tells me.

I'm shocked. I didn't realize Corbyn would act differently without me around. I mean yeah, he would act different, but I didn't think it would affect his career.

The guys close out with Boomerang. They tell everyone thank you and run off stage. Corbyn runs to me and hugs me.

"Get off me you sweaty pig," I say pushing him away.

He stops himself from stumbling, "You can't call me that anymore!"

I laugh remembering the first time I called him a sweaty pig, "Do you want me to call you Prince?"

"Yes," he says trying to pull me back into a hug.

I duck under, "Sorry, no one but Prince himself can be called that."

I start cracking up.

"Where's Jack?" Zach asks.

"Where's Kali?" Daniel asks.

We all look around at each other. I raise my eyebrows.

I walk around the corner and feel awkward. Daniels walking right behind me.

I see Jack and Kali making out. I realize I still have the water in my hand. I splash it at them. Kali's soaked.

Daniel and I run laughing.

We hear the footsteps getting closer, "I'm going to kill you Dani!" Kali Jack screams.

I take Corbyn's hand, along with Dani's and run as fast I can.

"Let's go to the back for the after party," Jonah says. He's running with us too. He's holding Karen's wrist, Zach trailing behind.

"Just date already!" Daniel screams.

Zach screams, "We already are. Right Jonah?"

We reach the open room where the meet and greet is being held.

Corbyn wraps his arms around my waist, "I think he meant Jo and Karen, Sorry Zach."

Zach makes a sad face. He runs up to Jonah and Karen, and slams their faces together. I think he was trying to get them to kiss, but instead he made them bang their foreheads together.

Karen looks like she's about to burst into tears but instead screams at Zach, "No, I'm good! I don't wanna steal your man!"

We all find this hilarious. Jonah just looks away.

The after party starts about twenty minutes later.

It is such a cool experience. There is so many people!

We even see Savannah.

"Hey guys," she says walking up to us.

"Sup Savannah," I say.

We talk for a couple of minutes until she brings up Eben.

She clicks her tongue, "So Eben's pretty cute."

I smile, "Ya think so?"

"Yeah," she blushes.

"How old are you?" I ask her.

She sighs, "19."

My eyebrows shoot up, "I can get him to... to come. Only if you want me to?"

Her eyes get wide, "Are you serious Y/N?"

I shrug.

"THAT WOULD BE GREAT!" She screams.

I tell her I'll be right back and go grab Eben.

I find him and drag him by his arm, "Dude, there's someone you should meet."

I slam him in front of Savannah, "Eben, Savannah. Savannah, Eben. Mingle."

I walk away as fast as fast as I can. I find water and grab some. Someone grabs my hips from behind.

I jump and spill some water, "Oh geez Louisiana!" I say.

"Relax," Corbyn says, "I see you got someone for Eben," he nods towards Savannah and Eben.

They're laughing. Awww. They seem to be hitting it off.

I nod smiling widely. I'm proud of myself.

Corbyn takes my hand and leads me to the photo backdrop.

He puts me smack in the middle of the camera, "People want pictures if all of us."

All the guys and Kali and Karen show up. We take pictures, talk to fans, and dance around for the rest of the night.

Daniel and Zach met these two girls and they talked the entire rest of the night. They even got their numbers. I think their names were Tess and Lyndsey. They seem cool. Tess is the same age as Zach and Lyndsey is seventeen.

Once we got to the hotel we just chilled. It was an awesome first day.
