Katatapos lang niyang manligo. Reena was nowhere to be found. Napangiti siya ng maisip si Reena. This past few days his girlfriend.

“Patrick?” naguluhan siya. “Anung ginagawa mo dito?”
Today, she is about to meet Sabel. Masyado nang na-te-tense ang buong katauhan niya sa paghihintay sa pagtawag ni mystery caller niya kaya naman gusto niya sanang mag-relax. Kahit si Ric ay napapansin na rin ang pagtamlay niya. But the thing is hindi naman niya masabi dito.
Napabuntung-hininga siya.

She hates them. It ruins the relationship. Ayaw niyang maglihim dito but the circumstances call for it.

She knew it was a stupid reason. The thing is she is afraid. Afraid of how Ric will respond kapag nalaman nitong exboyfriend niya ang kinamumuhian nitong former bestfriend. Afraid that Ric will leave her for her exgirlfriend.
