-nick pov-

"y/n take my hand and rock it real slow I wanna feel your live tonight" I said as she nodded and smiled.

Taking her tiny hands into mines she squeezes my one hand and grabbed the other as she looks down at them and then looked up at me and smiled.

"Lets put the world on pause? And get drunk off these city lights?"

She says as she takes a step closer to me and I smiled down at her and nodded.

"I'm all about us tonight"

I said as I nodded and she agreed and I kissed her head.

"I'm ready to tell you y/n"

She takes a step back still holding my hands and looking up at me with worries eyes and a little bit of sadness.

"Are you sure nick you don't have to"

I shook my head and smiled as I sat down on the chair that was behind me and set her on my lap wrapping my one arm around her and the other holding my hand out for her to take.

She wraps her one arm around my neck and the other holding my hand still. We both look at the city lights and taking in the view together.

I took a deep breath and closed my taking in y/n scent.

"I tried to give her everything I was you know thinking wedding ring but she was cheating every chance that she could get"

I frown as I opened my eyes looking at the view again and seeing y/n still looking at the view but with a frown. And so I continued  and I knew she was listening.

"I was faithful and then she went with that man she said 'don't worry about him' and after a week she told she was pregnant and said it wasn't mine it was his"

I frowned as I looked at the hand of y/n and rubbed my thumb against it trying to hold back tears.

"When she did that to me I was so heartbroken and my life was crumbling and I was coming into a depressed state"

She looks at me with sad eyes as she rubs my cheek with her thumb and lifted my head to have me look into her eyes and frown as she looks into my eyes.

"And i was scared to fall in love again I was scared to be loved and to show loved until you came along y/n you mean so much to mean and you have changed me and helped me so much"

She nods and kisses my forehead as I smiled a little.

"You know I love you nick never forget that and always remember that my feelings will never change for you because you make me feel like I'm on top of the world"

She nods as I wrapped both of my arms around her waist and she hugs me back and we embrassed each other holding each other.

I'm no longer scared to love again.
