"You shall not kill anymore." Prince Wang So warned in a low tone as protected us from the front like a shield.

"Ah!" Prince Wang Eun yelped in pain from the wound that the arrow had shot him in.

"Prince Wang Eun!" I cried in a hurry as I kneeled beside him, allowing him to lean his body against mine as I examined his pale face. The blood oozing out from his arm hurts my heart and I tried to keep him from falling off.

"You need to get out of here." Prince Wang So instructed as he took his sword out, ready to face King Jeong Jong.

Hae Soo came over and we both tried to lift Prince Wang Eun up from his position and flee from the palace as told by Prince Wang So, however, Prince Wang Eun was reluctant as he cried for his wife who was long unconscious.

"Soon...Deok..." The Prince kept calling for her name despite the fact that she could no longer respond to him like before.

"We need to leave now." I said with a trembled tone as I forced myself to pull Prince Wang Eun out.

"Soon Deok ah..." Prince Wang Eun called out exhaustedly as he uses his last ounce of strength to try and get her back.

Leaving the people who we once cared for at that horrendous place; Prince Wang Eun, Hae Soo and I struggled to flee away from the dangerous place. The entrance of the palace was widely open and we saw that the city was taken over as well. Commoner's desperate cries could heard everywhere as they tried to run away from the monster guards who were killing recklessly and randomly at any possible living thing they saw.

"We can't get out of here. Follow me!" Hae Soo suggested and we were on our way to find safety again.

Until we're completely abandoned, I don't have the courage and hope to say I would survive this ordeal. Every step we took, Prince Wang Eun's weight became heavier and heavier. I was afraid I might caused us both to fall together.

"Hang in there, Prince Wang Eun! I'll definitely treat you after we're out of danger." I tried to be positive as I promised him.

The route that Hae Soo had brought us got me confused as we're once again back at Damiwon Palace. Why did she bring us back here again?! Isn't this place full of guards as well?!

"Trust me, this is the only place which we can escape from." Hae Soo already knew what I was thinking and quickly reassured us with a firm tone.

"But there's guards everywhere. How could there possibly be safe?" I panted and struggled to respond.

"Follow me. This way!" Hae Soo pointed towards another direction that I've never noticed before and I took a deep breath as I steadied the weight of the prince. We walked across the corridor towards the private bath of the Princes. The place was completely quiet, everyone was gone except for dead bodies and blood stains all over the once nicely decorated and scented room.

"There's a cave just across the bath. If you walk out of the cave, it would lead you and Prince Wang Eun to a public spring onsen. Both of you could get away if you keep walking towards the direction of the forest." Hae Soo told.

"Just the two of us? What about you? Aren't you coming with us as well?" I looked at her in confusion.

"I'm sorry, Princess Hwa Yeon. Prince Wang So is still in the palace. I can't leave him alone here." Hae Soo bowed.

I could only stare at her with a feeling I couldn't explain. It's too dangerous to leave her here...but if she insist on staying with Prince Wang So...I guess there's nothing much I could do. Plus, Prince Wang Eun isn't feeling too good and his wounds doesn't seemed like it could be dragged too.
