Lance's POV:

"Oh god." Lance said sitting up and holding his head. It felt as though the world around him were beginning to spin, so much so that he thought he was going to be sick. "Who hit me?"

"I'll tell you who hit you; it was that pointy eared little piece of-"

"It was Rex." Pierce said cutting Issac off before he went any further with his choice of words.

"Rex?" Lance repeated still holding his head as he turned his entire body around to face the others only to find that they weren't even in the same room as he was. Instead of seeing either his brother or Issac, Lance found himself looking at a flat metal wall with the only opening in it being that of a small food slot in the door. There wasn't any light save for the small amount pouring in through the food slot but Lance hardly even noticed, his eyes had become more beast then human now and seeing in the dark was all too easy for him now. He looked around and saw that the room wasn't any bigger than maybe a small bathroom and even that was giving it too much credit. "Where are we?"

"Hell if I know." Issac's voice called out from where ever he was.

Lance crawled over to the food slot to peer through and see if he could spot either of the others but he only found himself looking at a very brightly lit hallway that was like something out a fantasy movie, and a steel door directly across from him. Must be where the others are. "Are you guys in the same cell?"

"No I think I'm in the one right next to yours." Pierce called out just as Lance heard a tapping on the wall beside him. "Did you hear that?"

"Are you kidding? I heard that." Issac said just as Lance saw two bright blue eyes appear in the food slot across the hall from him. "You're both over on that said trust me."

Pierce asked how he could be so sure which Issac answered with being able to smell them both over there but Lance knew already why they were on opposite sides. He just hoped that he was wrong but it'd be best to check on them first before he jumped to any conclusions. "Hey Issac, is there a big window in your room?"

"Yeah, why?"

Well that answers that, Lance thought as he fell back on the hard yet satisfyingly cool floor. It was just like he thought, the Saints through them in execution cells made specifically for each species. Issac's cell had a large reinforced window so that he'd catch the first rays of dawn thus turning him into dust, if he were a normal vampire. While his own cell had several small holes lining the walls of the cramped space which were meant to riddle him with toxins that would work faster and faster if he transformed completely. But why would Rex throw them in an execution cell, and what's more, how did he even get them all into them without being spotted.

Sister Mary had once given him and Jake a lecture on the intensity of a Shinobi's training, stating that their common members were probably better trained than even some of the Saints elite Guardians. Even so Lance was having a hard time believing that one person even with the training that Rex supposedly had could take down all three of them by himself without killing at least one. He voiced his concerns to the others including the part that they'd been thrown in these execution cells which both of them seemed to already know. Issac didn't have to worry about a thing seeing as he could withstand the sun's rays, but Lance and Pierce both were running on borrowed time with the full moon rising higher and higher. If it got too high in the sky even someone as disciplined as Pierce wouldn't be able to keep his other side under control and they'd both be pumped full of darts.

"Well it was sure nice getting to know the two of you." Issac said in a mocking tone before he retreated into his own cell. "By the looks of the moon I'd say you got maybe about a half hour before you go berserk."
