MEANWHILE BACK ON THE ISLE ON HARRY'S POINT OF VIEW....
She's gone. I once had her. And she slipped through my fingers. The Isle was such a miserable place before she came along. When she came, somehow it made things easier for me and I was a lot happier.
She was the woman I love and now she's gone to Boreadon. And the Isle is now 10 times more miserable to me then it once was.
But I had no choice. It was either this or Uma would make Hyacinth watch as her friends walk the plank. I dont how Uma thinks she could touch her but I didnt want her hurting Hyacinth. I did what I had to. I didnt mean anything that Ive said. It was all scripted by Uma for me to say.
I wonder why I still follow Uma after all this. I was now between leaving or staying in the gang.
I glumly pick at my food.
Uma rolls her eyes at me. "Harry would you do me a favor and just forget that girl already? I need my first mate back in the game. We can have her turf now that theyre gone"
I groan. "I try Uma okay? But its so hard to forget her"
"Well try harder I dont need you crying over a girl who's already taken"
I snap my head over to her.
"What are you talking about?"
She rolls her eyes and turns the tv on.
There shows Henry, a son of Hercules wearing the usual boring uniform they made their jocks wear. What I saw shocked me more than when I heard about Tick Tock Crocodile.
He slung an arm around the girl I was lovesick for. She wore a cheerleading outfit of Auradon. Sleeveless tight top with a very short skirt that probably had short cyclings knitted beneath. In one hand she held a bouquet of roses.
They looked so happy together. My heart broke into a million pieces. Theyre together. She's forgotten about me.
"Did you ever think you would date the child of your parent's mortal enemy?"
A reporter asked her.
She gave a smile and calmly handled the question.
"Well actually no. When I first met him I didnt know he was Hercules' son. When I found out I felt awkward. But I put all that aside. I saw he was such a nice guy and he treats me right. So it doesnt really matter who's kid he is anymore"
The words hit me like a storm. They were your perfect cheerleader and jock couple. I couldnt look at the screen anymore and turned away in anger.
"Face it Harry. Shes moved on from you" Uma says turning the tv off.
Without another word I take my coat and stomped out the door. I needed to be alone. I shoved away anyone near me until I reached the lookout post.
Our lookout post. Or so it used to be.
BACK AT THE ISLE AT HYACINTH'S POINT OF VIEW...
Ben had finished his song and run off with the rest of the jocks along with Henry to celebrate their victory.
"Bye Hyacinth gotta go" he said.
"Wait" I called out.
He turns back around. "Anything you need babe?" He asks. I pull his collar and smashed our lips together. Of course journalists were all over the place taking photos again.
He looks shocked but soon responds. This could take some getting used to. He was a great kisser. Soon we parted for air.
"Just a little reward. You did good"
"Thanks babe" he said giving me a small peck on the lips again.
"Now go. Your friends are waiting"
"Sure. Bye babe! Love you!"
The L word shocked me momentarilly and I didnt know how to respond. Soon I settled with. "Bye thunderbolt! Dont have too much fun without me!"
He runs away chuckling to himself. I smile thanking my stars for having such a great boyfriend.
Then I feel someone nudge me at the side. It was Mal signalling to Evie who looked down. Of course. Chad chose Audrey over her.
Mal and I share a look and I nod to her. She turns to Evie.
"You know, Hyacinth and I feel sorry for Audrey" she starts.
"You do?" Evie asks.
"Yeah we do" I said. "She needs a prince to feel good about herself"
"If only she knew how to clean, cook, and sew well like someone we know then she wouldnt need a prince in the first place" Mal says.
Evie started to smile and said "Yeah I am pretty good at that arent I?"
"Yes you are. Dont lower your high price for Chad's IQ level. Youre worth more than that amount" I said.
"Thanks guys"
LATER I WALK AROUND THE MALL WITH ROSE...
We talked about random stuff and all. I told her about the Underworld, Cerebrus, Hermes, my crazy grandmother and Harry.
"Have you ever considered that maybe he was blackmailed to end his friendship with you?" Rose suggested while we skimmed through the book store. Just like her mother, she was quite the bookworm.
I paused and stopped scanning through the book I was holding. The Fault In Our Stars.
"Well.... I actually havent thought about that"
Rose rolled her eyes. "Well you shouldve"
What if I have? Would Harry and I still be friends til now? Would we be dating? Would he have left Uma and her gang? Many possibilities of which all were too late for. Im dating Henry now. Thats that.
"Well its too late for that now anyway. He's probably forgotten about me anyway and Im happy with Henry. Besides Im already in Auradon"
"And Im glad you are. I never had a friend this close thats a girl. Mostly just boys make friends with me. Most princesses in school dont like me because Im not as girly and posh as them all the time. There are some who dont mind me though. Like Lonnie. Im just glad I can have a sister"
She engulfs me in a hug and I stood stock still. When we take the wand, what happens to all this? To Henry? And Ben? They are all nice people. I dont feel like taking the wand anymore.
But soon, at family day, I changed my mind. We VK's were bashed out by people. We were misunderstood once more.
"Lets get that wand and blow this popsicle stand"
Guys Harry is coming back real soon. Im fast forwarding through the first movie.
