I REACHED THE END OF THE BRIDGE TO THE SEA PORT...
Mal and Evie were there to greet me welcome back. They both hug me promptly.
"Hyacinth!" Evie exclaimed in surprise.
"It's good to have you back" Mal said.
"You had me worried sick. They didn't hurt you did they?" Evie asked.
I shook my head no. Seeing as how things went with Harry it seems to be quiet the opposite. But we didn't have time for that chat.
"No it was fine. You guys know me. They would get burnt if they even try something. Anyway, where's Carlos, Jay, and Rose? What's the plan?"
"Remember Carlos' 3D printer?" Mal said.
Yeah I mostly remember Chad along with it. Always busting into Carlos' room to print something off. I nodded yes and smiled.
"Jay, Carlos, and Rose went back to Auradon to print off a fake and get some swords"
"A fake. Nice go. Uma has to learn you guys don't need my magic to get things done. So when are they coming?"
"We're waiting for them right now" Mal said.
A few moments later the boys and Rose to arrive. They even brought Lonnie.
"Lonnie!" Mal said in surprise. She hugged the girl in greeting.
"I made them bring me" she said. Then she turned to me and we share a quick tight hug.
"Im glad to hear you're okay Hyacinth"
"Thanks"
The boys hugged me too. A little bit too tightly for my liking. "Okay. Guys nice to know you miss me. But we're kinda on a schedule"
"Oh right" Jay said. They opened the car trunk. There were the swords. I didn't need them. I had mine. And there was Dude.
"And Dude"
"I told you to stay!" Carlos scolds.
"I flunked obedience class" Dude said. Oh okay he can talk. Wait what?!
"Dude can... Talk?" I said.
"You still didn't know?" Carlos said.
"Well to be fair I was absent at most events"
Rose suddenly appears at what seemed to be out of nowhere and greets me with a hug.
"Im glad you're safe. I missed you"
"Yeah missed you too"
"How's my brother by the way?"
"He's fine and very much alive"
"Good. I can still kill him"
I rolled my eyes.
"Uh guys we're on a bit of a schedule here" Mal said.
"Oh right. It's noon. Is everything ready?" I ask.
A chorus of yes' were heard.
"Okay good now let's go"
So we walked across the bridge. Carlos told Dude to stay but I doubt the dog would listen. We reached the other end of the bridge and immediately found Uma's boat.
"Hey guys! They're here" Gil said.
"Welcome!" Harry said shoving Ben aside. Harry led him over to a plank and held him there. He sent a discrete wink at my direction and I winked back.
