When Christina wakes up,she seems confused.
"Tris?" she says looking at me.
"Tobias?" she says as she glances over at Tobias "What are you two doing here?"
"You got drunk.....again." Tobias says sternly.
"Well," she begins to say "I can't help it."
"Yes,you can,Christina." I say almost cutting her off.
"Well,I'm sorry.It just tastes so good." she says like a child.
"Christina,if you don't stop,we will both have to stop you from going to any more party's.." Tobias says threatnimg her.
"NO.NO.NO!!!" she says despirately "Ill stop! I promise!" She looks like she's going to have a fit.
"Ok" Tobias says sternly "Now go and clean yourself up."
"O.....K....." she says with a pouty face.
When Tobias and close close the door behind us as we leave,we are both smiling.When we both take one look at each other,we burst out laughing.
"Did you see her face!!!" I practically shout in laughter.
"How about those pig tails?!?!?!" Tobias says unable to contain his laughter.We both end up sitting on the ground next to Christina's door laughing our heads off over her face and the way she looked until Christina walks out of her room looking at us angrily which sends both Tobias and I into a chorus of laughter that people can probably hear from outside the Dauntless sector.
"Stop laughing!!!" she yells at us.We both try to contain ourselves but we just can't and continue the laughter.Christina just groans and walks off without us which sends me running after her.I place my hand on her shoulder and say "Sorry, Ill try to stop laughing." I say holding my breath trying to hold back the bundle of laughter inside me.I look at Tobias who is still laughing his head off.I give Tobias an angry look and he quickly covers his mouth trying to contain his laughter but I can tell he can just barely.The thought of Christina in those pig tails jumping on her couch like a 5year old made me almost break but the only reason I don't is because of the dreadful look she has on her face right now.
"You done now?"she says sternly.
"I think but I don't know about Tobias."I say as I point toward him who I'd turning a bright shade of red.
"Look Christina I'm sorry but I'm pretty sire you'd be laughing to if you saw me in pig tails with loud music blaring while jumping on a couch.Would you?"
"Yes......." she says looking away smiling.She's probably trying to imagine it.
"Are we good?" I ask her.
"Yeah." she says hugging me.
"So,what have you two been up to lately?" she says glancing over at Tobias.I look over at Tobias who gets up and walks over to me.He slips him arm over my shoulder which gives me assurance that he wants me to tell her about our engagement.
"Uh,Christina" I begin to say "Tobias and I have something we have to tell you." When I day this,Christina's eyes grow wide and I bet she already suspects what I'm about to tell her.
"We are getting married." I say smiling a little.Christina just stands there for a moment motionless and stares at the wall behind me.Then all of a sudden she letts out a blood curdling scream that sends my hands up to my ears admediately.Tobias does the same and squints his eyes.
"Christina!!!" We both yell. After a moment she finally stops and says quickly "I can't believe you two are getting married....even though I practically knew considering I heard you two makeing out over at Tobias'." She quarks her eyebrows with an odd smile on her face which makes me regret ever telling her and I bet Tobias thinks so to.Maybe Tobias should of told her instead.
"Who's going to be the bridesmaid!! Who's going to be the bridesmaid!!" she squeals repeatedly.
"Uhhhh...." I begin to say looking at Tobias who is looking at me slightly shaking his head "You....." I say slowly pronouncing every letter.Before Christina starts squealing again I plop my hands over my ears but Tobias already saw it coming.He placed the palm of his hand over her mouth and tells her harshly "Don't.... scream or squeal again....you hear?" She nodds her head rapidly assuring him she wont and drops his hand.
"Christina,I do have some rules I want you to follow if you want to be the bridesmaid." she nods her head rapidly.
"Ok..." I begin "For starters...no more drinking." She sighs looking down at the floor "O....k...."
"Good," I say smiling "Now we've got that settled,do you want to join us at the caffiterria?" I ask Christina.
"Sure!" she says brightly.
"No squealing?"
"No squealing." she assures me and we head off to the caffiterria.
