The world around me dark. There is absolutely nothing in sight.I try to remember what just happened but nothing seems to come to mind. The last thing I remember is Tobias' smell....wind.

In the distance I notice a small light that seems to grow larger and larger. As it gets closer I notice its my mother.

     "Mom?" I ask.

"Yes,Beatrice, its me." I quickly run into her arms and stand there for a moment until she gently pushes me back. She places her hands on my shoulders and says "Beatrice,I was wrong." I look at her confused and ask "About what?"

"You and Tobias and your friends......and all of Chicago.About everything being alright."

"How is it not alright?!?" I raise my voice.

"When you came back to Chicago, you disrupted something.Something big......"

     "Like what?"

"Have you seen anyone or anybody do anything random lately?" When she says this,an image of Tobias jumping off a train without being prepared enters my mind. These are the types of events she is talking about.

     "Yes."

"People all over Chicago have been doing random crazy things thinking that whatever happens wont kill them. They have been robbing stores, fighting in some streets, jumping off buildings, and other suicidal things." I stand there still and unmoving for a moment not knowing what to think of this.I only manage to get a few words out "How do I stop this?"

She just stands there for a moment staring at me then looks down at the ground and says "You have to die again,Tris." That is the last thing I hear of my mother before the world before me disappears.
