An hour later, we came across another temple.

"Huh, it was a temple" Rain said, shrugging his shoulders. As we got closer, a player shot out of the temple and started running toward the jungle. Alex pulled and arrow on her bow and fired. Nailing the player in the back, she grabbed her knife and run up to the wounded thing. Although she was must slower due to her leg, she got there before the player cound get up.  I ran up beside her as she placed her left hand between the strangers shoulder blades.

She knelt down, grabbed the female by her hair and held the knife to her throat. In one swift movement, she ripped out it's throat. The player fell limp in a pool of blood and Alex stood up, wiping her forehead with the hand holding the knife. A smear of blood went across her forehead.

"Hand me a bucket please, I need to wash my hands..." She said without looking at me. I handed it to her and she gazed at the body before her on the sand. Washing her hands, she never looked away from the bucket, as it turned a light shade of red.

"Alex... We need to get that demon under control..." I said, she looked at me and I moved the hat and hair out of her eye, revealing the black and red one underneath. A tear ran down her cheek as she looked at me with both eyes.

"There's no keeping her inside. She'll come out and there's nothing I can do but stay calm..." She said, referring to her alter side when she said her, she meant Absentina, her demon sides name. Everytime she came out, everything in a mile radius had their thoart ripped out, and she'd just stand there as the blood seeped out of her victim and around her feet. Absentina only smiled when she killed, and her face seemed to glitch to the sides.

She frowed again and kept washing her hands, thought they were clean enough. Benja and Rain caught up as she pulled her hands out of the bucket.

"Whoa! What happened?" Rain said, staring. I shook my head at him. He understood and nodded. "Come on Benja, let's head back" Rain said and they teleported back to the house. Alex stood up but her leg gave out again. Catching herself this time, she started back toward the jungle.

"Alex, how's your cut?" I asked, she looked down at it and told me it could wait till we found shelter. I looked at the sun as it was setting. "Ok, I see your point..." I said, standing beside her in case her leg gave way again.
