'Be careful.' I read the text I got from my dad. 'Stay safe.' 'Don't leave Niall's side.' 'Just be careful ok?'

I smiled but sighed at thought my dad being so protective over me, it's been like this most of my life.

"Are you ready, princess?" Niall asked, my boyfriend of three years. "Yeah, let's go." I replied and took his hand.

We wondered around the town, getting a few things when I started breathing really fast, like I was out of breath, my heart started beating really fast as well. "Y/n, what's wrong?" Niall asked. "I..can't...breathe." I gasped out.

Niall went wide eyed. "Come on, we need to get you to a hospital. I'll call your dad when we get there." Niall said as he rushed to get to the car.

~At the hospital.~

"Hi, my girlfriend can't breathe properly and her heart beating really fast." Niall explained to the receptionist at the hospital. "Okay, what's her name?" "Y/n Styles." Niall replied. "Okay, well right this way." The receptionist said as she lead me and Niall to a room.

"The doctor will be right with you." "Okay, thanks." Niall said. I was still breathing really heavily, and my heart hasn't slowed down at all.

"Y/n!?" Harry asked as he came in. "Oh my god." He said pulling me into a hug.  "I..cant...breathe...dad..help." I gasped out. "We're getting you help. Don't worry, love." Harry said as he was glaring at Niall.

"Hello, I'm doctor Kieth. We're just going to run a few tests with Y/n here, if you like to step outside." The doctor said as Niall and Harry walked out of the room. "This is all your fault!" Harry said as he grabbed Niall's shoulder and turned him around. Niall raised an eyebrow. "My fault!? Harry, I just had the fright of my life!" He said. "How do you think I feel?! That's my daughter and when you phoned me saying she has breathing problems and her heart was beating fast, do you know how terrified I was?! That's my daughter, I would die if something would have happened to her."

"Okay, so we've ran a few tests, and it seems that Y/n has Congenital Heart Disease. She has three holes in her heart and you need to be careful, you need to keep an eye on her at all times. She should be allowed out in a few days, just so we know she's in safe hands." Doctor Kieth explained.

"Okay, thank you." Harry said and doctor Kieth walked out. "I'm sorry if I scared you guys. I was scared myself." Y/n said. "You've got nothing to be sorry for, as long as your safe then that's all that matters."
