You look at your father Rossi, of course you had followed his footsteps and joined the BAU. You were everything there almost, sometimes you stayed behind to help Garcia out and other times you went out with the team to join them on a case.
But there was another person at the BAU you adored, Dr. Spencer Reid. Your boyfriend. Your father and the whole team knew you guys were dating and they supported it. Although Rossi has had the dad and boyfriend talk with Spencer multiple times, you just laughed at how scared Spencer would get sometimes.
"Alright, Y/n are you staying behind or coming?" Hotch asks you look at Garcia.
"It's been a while since I've stayed behind, so I'll stay." Garcia smiles.
"Wheels up in thirty." Hotch walks out with the rest of you following behind.
"We'll be back after the case finishes, I promise." Reid looks at you with concerned eyes "I'll be fine even when you get back." You smile lightly he holds your hand in his "I gotta go, but I'll talk to you later." He kisses you quickly before getting teased by Morgan.
"Kids." You whisper while smiling to yourself, Spencer was everything for you. Even though sometimes he was a little crazy with the whole protection thing, you still loved him. Especially when he would nerd out about a fact, it was so cute in your eyes.
You sit down with Garcia and get to work, you were working hard. This case needed all members on board, all members focused too. And that meant you didn't really talk to Reid unless it involved the case and you were telling the team something.
When Spencer heard you it made him happy, because he could hear your voice and that's all he needed to know you were okay.
"Y-Yeah I can tell her, be safe loves." You look at Garcia.
She pulled an all nighter last night, where you had fallen asleep in the chair in Rossi's office "What was that about?" She looks at you.
"Spencer got arrested." You look at her with wide eyes and no breathing.
"W-What?" You look at her scared.
"Hotch says he got framed by Scratch." You nod slowly.
"Oh... Right." You mumble.
The team would visit Spencer constantly, he asked about you each time only to learn you refused to go. Rossi walks in to visit Spencer clearly upset.
"Kid, did Y/n talk to you?" Spencer looked at Rossi showing he was upset through his eyes at the topic.
"Why would she talk to me?" Spencer was upset that he got arrested and his own girlfriend the one who was supposed to be there in the hard times wasn't even there, hasn't even contacted him to make sure he was okay.
"Dammit kid, lose it! Answer my damn question!" Rossi was obviously worried and upset now.
"Rossi what's going on?" Spencer asks.
"This was a waste of my time." Rossi turns to leave walking away from Spencer.
"Wait Rossi! No she hasn't why?" Rossi stops and his fear had risen.
"Because she's missing." Spencer felt awful, he was even scared himself but his anger got the best of him.
"And it concerns me how? She wouldn't come to me even if I was the last person on earth!" Spencer comments Rossi looked at him.
"Is that what you think, kid? Well, your wrong! She's still your girlfriend and she's missing and the only thing you can say is something snarky and whiney!" Rossi storms out not giving Reid anytime to respond.
♡11 weeks later♡
You walk in the BAU and look around, Morgan and Hotch catch eye of you and so does the rest of the team. Rossi was the first one to head towards you and hug you tightly before the others did.
"Where did you get all of this?" Rossi asks looking at all your information about Scratch and him framing Spencer, plus his 'hide-out'.
"Is this what you've been doing while you were gone." Morgan asks.
"It's one reason why I didn't visit Reid, I needed to clear his name." Hotch nods with a small smile "Let's get on the road, Rossi go get Reid." Hotch commands.
"May I ask, why me?" Rossi questions.
"You got in a fight with Reid a few weeks ago, I think you guys need to talk it out." Hotch reminds Rossi.
"Or else it's marriage consoling." Morgan teases.
"Let's go now, Y/n you're with us." Hotch says.
The SUVs sped off as you guys tried to get to Scratch in time. The ride was killing you, you were so nervous you guys wouldn't get there in time. Morgan was in the car with you while Emily rode in the back with you guys as well.
The tires pop under you and the car starts to slow down "What the hell?" Morgan looks at Hotch's SUV which had manage to pull over before their car stopped.
"Guys! We need to get out!" Emily points to the semi truck that was headed right towards you Morgan and Emily jump out.
When you tried to the seat-belt got stuck and you couldn't get out "Y/n!" Hotch, and JJ ran out of their SUV, Morgan and Emily tried going back for you.
Time seemed to slow down, you were worried and frantic as you tried to get out of the car when you heard something "You should've kept your nose out of it, now you'll pay the price." You shook your head as you looked back over at the semi one last time seeing it had gotten close.
The last thing you saw was the team running towards you before the semi rammed into the side of the SUV. The car flipped several times and the semi flipped over on its side, the team ran towards the car trying to get to you.
