You sat on your couch watching TV carelessly flipping through the channels, your phone chimed signaling that it was work calling you in. You sighed and picked it looking at you seeing you had a new case you quickly got up and got ready getting dressed and grabbing your go bag.

"Y/n? I got the case, are you ready?" You head out to your apartment living room to see your best friend Spencer standing there waiting for you.

It wasn't odd or weird for you guys to let yourselves into one another's apartments so you just nodded and left with him to head quarters.

"After you, my lady." You laughed and headed in the door.

"Okay so this crime is very gross." Garcia briefed the team on the murders happening and you each spewed out some ideas about the different murders.

"Y/n, so what do you think could be happening?" You look at your best friend Spencer who sat across from you on the jet and smiled.

"Reid definitely has a thing for her." JJ whispers smiling leaving the team to nod with small smiles.

"Reid, Y/l/n head to the crime scene when we land. Morgan is tagging along with me and JJ." You and Reid nod and you go back to listening to him ramble on about the book he was reading.

The jet landed and you headed off to the crime scene with Reid "So, he had to either lure the victim here or bring the victim here." You look at him "He brought her here, there's only one set of foot prints outside of the polices foot prints." Reid nods following along.

This case was a doozy and you were rushed to the hospital after being stabbed in the shoulder by the unsub. Spencer was a nervous wreck, he loved you and after this he was afraid of losing you.

You finally had gone home with the help of Spencer and you looked at him "Spence, please go." You whisper.

"What- Why?" He was confused and shocked.

"Because I'm leaving the BAU and Quantico. I don't need you around to try and make me stay." You mumble his heart fell and broke into a million pieces.

You were the one who was by his side when Maeve died, when his mother had gotten worse, when he thought he was going to die and he fell in love with you.

He shook his head "Y/n.. No I can't lose you." He whispers.

"Spencer, I can't stay in the BAU it isn't for me. I just keep getting hurt it's time to move on." Spencer sighs heavily.

"Move on with me, I-I love you Y/n and I can't lose somebody else I love you're too important to me. I need you, please stay here with me." You look at him with tears brimming your eyes.

"Okay- Yes." You nod he smiles and presses his lips to yours and you smile.

"I love you Y/n and I will never ever let anything happen to you, I promise."

"I love you too Spencer." You smile.

The next week you walk into the briefing room for your goodbyes but there was joy in the room as the team learned you and Spencer were not only dating but now living in his apartment together as well.

"We are gonna miss you, but we will see plenty of you that's for sure." JJ grins.

"Don't forget we will hear about her too, thanks to pretty boy." Morgan teases grinning widely.

You and Spencer smile at each other before rolling your eyes at Rossi who was already pushing it with baby names.

"Rossi don't push it." You tease.

"You and Reid need to give me little Reid's before I go in the grave." He jokes making everyone laugh.

"One day." Reid smiles.
