Part 2: The meeting.

Spencer stared at his co-workers as they just smiled at him "Are you gonna tell her we are coming for dinner tonight?" Morgan asks smirking "Oh right." Spencer looks down before pulling out an IPhone shocking the team.

"Whoa, hold on. Our genius uses a smart phone?" Emily asks chuckling.

"Well Y/n got me using it one day, I don't really mind it. It's easier to use." Spencer explains with a small blush.

"Are we gonna be invited to the parties from now on?" Garcia asks excitedly.

"If you guys would like to come, yes." Spencer nods as he starts dialing your number.

"Hey baby, um, my team from work would like to come over for dinner." Spencer informs you over the phone.

"Take out, or home made?" Spencer asks the team.

"Home made, Reid!" Morgan laughs as his friend shrugs with a smile.

"Did you hear that?" Spencer asks.

"We'll be over after work, I love you bye." Spencer hangs up and looks at his team.

"Baby?"

"Reid." Emily and Hotch say in unison "What?" He asks with a small smile and blush "Hey, she's his fiancée." Rossi defends with a smile "So, what's she making tonight?" JJ asks.

"She said it's a surprise, she loves cooking and she's really good at it. And she's excited to meet you guys." Spencer informs them with a proud smile.

"How did you two meet?" Rossi asks the obvious question.

"We ran into one another at a store, I took her out and she took me to club one night and we just clicked." Spencer answers.

"Well, let's get to work." Hotch had a small smile as he finally happy to know someone could tie down their genius.

The work day went by with the team occasionally teasing Spencer about you, and how cute he was with you. The paper work was overloading the team and they were dreading the continuing day "Who knew paper work could get like this?" JJ questions aloud.

"Just wait for the end of the day, we go to Reid's and have dinner home made." Morgan winks to Spencer who smiles "My baby does know how to cook for real." Spencer slips out smiling.

"Whoa, Spence. You sound a little different there." Emily chuckles making Reid sigh "Sorry, I try to keep it professional." He apologizes making the team smile.

The hours ticked by and Spencer was slightly nervous and excited for the team to come to your shared house and have dinner, he knew your cooking skills were perfect but he didn't want anything to happen to you. Nor, did he want the team seeing the house.

Spencer went from a small one bedroom apartment to a three bedroom house, he upgraded his life. And he didn't know what the team would think when they saw his mother was living with you two, he lied for months - hell two years about calling his mother to check on her.

He shook his head and smiled as he overheard Emily and JJ talking about meeting you, and wondering how you handled geeky Reid.

Finally it was time to head home, Reid sent you a text as everyone filed into their own cars before starting after Spencer and following him to your house. Spencer stepped out of his car as did the rest of the team.

"Damn, you got a nice crib." Morgan winks as he chuckles checking out the beautiful house in front of him, as everyone else except Spencer marvels at the house.

Spencer walks up to the house and opens the front door with the team following right behind him.

"Shoes, jackets, purses right here." Spencer directs to the cozy shoe, jacket and purse rack and leads them to the living area/kitchen.

"I didn't even hear you come in. Hi." You smile brightly as you set the dinner you prepared on the table.

"My names Y/n, it's very nice to meet you guys." You shake each person's hand with a warm smile making them smile.

"Hi I'm Diana, Spencer's mother." Diana stepped out smiling and shook everyone's hand, except yours and Reid's.

"We've heard so many great things about the two of you." Emily smiles kindly.

"It's a pleasure." Rossi nods before sending a nod to Reid, letting him know he was in the safe zone.

"You got a keeper." JJ whispers to Spencer walking over to the table with the others and sitting down to the meal.

"Okay, my question is how did you handle nerdy Spencer?" Emily asks smiling brightly "It wasn't that hard, I thought it was cute. Then he loosened up on his own very quickly and he's been himself." You answer with a small laugh.

"She's a keeper, I like her!" Rossi grins as he raises his fork, making everyone laugh.

"I don't wanna put her in the hot seat, but, do you feel as if you changed Reid?" Hotch asks.

"Yes, I feel like I changed him in a way. But I feel like since he has changed he's been happier." You answer looking Hotch in the eyes making him nod.

"I agree." Emily nods.

"Same." JJ and Morgan agree.

"Most definitely." Garcia smiles.

"And yes, I agree too." Rossi smiles.

An hour later the team gathered their stuff and left, each member shook your hand except Garcia who hugged you eagerly and left. Spencer crawled in the bed next to you after helping his mother with her medicine, he wraps you up in his arms as he admires your beauty "How do you feel?" Spencer asks.

"After meeting the team?" You question making him nod.

"Good, it was nice, fun. I like your team they care about you, and they are really cool and nice." Spencer smiles "And they like you too, but, I love you." You giggle.

"I love you too, Spence." You kiss him gently before nuzzling up to him.
