Chapter 7: Solving Things

Chad's POV

These past few days have been weird. Brian and Thalia was acting as if they were avoiding me. I tried asking Rach and Nia if anything was wrong between those two. But they seem to be worried to. Avril was the one I was concerning the most. She's been feeling lonely and I thought she and Lia were bestfriends because the first time I saw Avril, she was with Lia and they seem really close. Lia also told me that she was her bestfriend.

But right now? They hardly even say hi to each other. 

Today is Saturday. There was nothing to do so I plan on going over to Brian's place.

"Chad? You're here! Hey man." Brian is at his usual self thank god. But why now? We went upstairs to his room. 

"So, What's up Yan?" I asked Brian as I sat on the edge of his bed. His room was still the same. But the scent wasnt the same, it smelled Drakar perfume.

"You went all the way here just to ask me what's up? You shouldve just called me, Chad." He let out a smirk and rolled his eyes. "That wasnt what I meant, Brian. You've been acting weird lately. And you kept on... hanging out with.. you know.., Lia." I felt a little bit strange when I mentioned her name. 

"Maybe because you keep on hanging out with Avril? Dude. You never leave Avril's side. Lia must've felt terrible because she thought that you began hating her already. She also mentioned about being je--". He stopped as if he was saying something that isnt supposed to be said. "Lia is angry, okay?" Brian sat up and stared at me. I bit my lower lip and cocked a brow. I still didnt understand on why she is angry. I never hated her. I stopped talking to her because.."because both of you kept kept on hanging out with eachother." I whispered to myself but Brian heared it. He has a sharp sense of hearing.

"What?" Brian went near me and had a question mark on his face. "I never got angry at Lia." I slowly stood up and stared back at Brian, who never kept his eyes off me. "I thought that she was angry at me. She was the one who was avoiding me you know. And the reason on why I'm hanging out with Avril is that because she was lonely all the time since Lia was always with you." I managed to tell him the truth.

I really was quite confused of the situation. Did it mean that we were at the same reason on why we werent talking these past few days?

"Well, that answers everything. I guess." Brian shrugged and finally wasnt staring (more like glaring) at me. "How about we go to Lia's place and settle things down?" I agreed on what Brian said. 

We went downstaris and straight to my car, driving off to the grand "palace". (If you know what I mean.) We arrived there and Brian is in great shock like as if he just saw the Queen walking towards us. I wouldnt laugh at him because I was pretty sure I had the same reaction when I first came here.

The gaurds knew me already since it was my second time I parked my car in their parking lot. We went inside and immediately ran towards where Lia's bedroom is. I gently knocked the door and I heared Lia's voice saying "come in."

Thalia's POV

"Why are you avoiding me, Lia?! Please speak." I could see Avril's expression on her face. She was desperate on making up to me. I really wanted to forgive her already but I just couldnt. She chose Chad more than me.

"You can leave now." I sat up and made my way to my bathroom as if to lock myself up there until the monster leaves, but unfortunately, Avril took my hand and tackled me in my bed causing us to lose our balance since my bed was a water bed.

"What gives Avril!?"

"I'm not letting you go until you forgive me!" She shouted and locked me up on my bed. "I already told you I was so sorry and I'm willing to make it up to you! And I couldnt just leave Chad's side you know that?! He was the first person I made friends with here in Seattle! And I like him Lia." 

That's it. I lost my temper. I kicked her off my bed and she fell to on the floor. She let out a groan. "Lia! That was so immature!" 

I quickly made her shut up and got on top of her. I counted up to three.

"Oh no you are not going to Lia. Lia!!!" Avril was like a worm. She wiggled and made attempt to bite me so that I could get off her. But I didnt budge. I quickly tickled her so hard, right there and then.

"Lia...... Kris......... Reign..." She said in between laughs. Man her laugh didnt change. She was so elegant on everything she do. That made me even more angry and tickle her there and there and there. 

She looked so funny because she was so red already from laughing and she even cried. That's when I stopped and sat up in my bed.

"Lia...?" Avril sat up also and she was still so red.

I smiled at her and she directly gave me a tight hug. "I just knew you'd forgive me after you tickle me." I laughed at the fact that I do, do that. When I become angry I let it out by tickling the person so hard and if they try to stop me I kick them at their temples.

There was a knock at the door afterwards. "Come in."

Then I saw Chad and Brian going inside my room. Avril seem to stay stiff because her crush is right infront of her. Stupid girl.

I looked at Chad. Heck I miss him. Those green eyes I miss staring at. That blonde hair he has which i miss ruffling at.

"Thalia..." And damn his super duper hot voice which I miss so so so so much. My heart was beating so fast again and my hands started to sweat. I couldnt keep my eyes off at him

"Wha-what-what're....yo-you..doing..he-here?" Thalia why are you stuttering??

Chad came up to me and  placed both his hands on my shoulder, causing me to gasp and leap alittle bit. "I'm sorry." he looked straight to my eyes and I felt my cheeks getting hotter and hotter. We stared for a moment until Brian ruined it by lettting out a fake cough.

"Chad.. It's alright... I really wasnt that angry at you. I just couldnt get angry at you, youre a smexy beast." 

"What?" Chad asked.

"What?" Avril and Brian second emotioned.

 "...what..?" I repeated what I said, getting more and more embarrassed. "I mean! I'am so angry at you Chad Srilagne! But I'am not angry at you anymore since you, you know, said sorry and came here and you knocked at my door and I said come in and--" Brian began to laugh. And so did Avril. I wanted to die right on the spot. I humiliated myself!

Chad chuckled and straighten up. "So, friends?" He asked whilst offering me a hand shake. "Yeah,, friends..." I couldnt help but blush and gave him a smile.
