Thalia's POV
"No princess, you are not going anywhere but around this town." Avril slumped her back while angrily sitting down on my bed.
I've invited Avril and Rach in my house for today. We planned to skip school for now since I really need to pack all of my things and I need a lot of help.
So now they know that I'm leaving on Saturday afternoon for Australia.
Their reactions? Well, imagine you telling to your bestfriends that you're eventually be leaving for good by the end of this week.
Aside from knowing that I'm leaving, I've also told them about the little "chat" we had with Brian the other day. They just told me to relax and give him some more time to think and process all of the sudden misfortunes of my life.
But I've thought about it. It should've been enough time to let him think about it right? Since if you count the days till Saturday, 2 more freaking days then I'm leaving. Wouldn't he be worried for not spending all of his time with me since I'm freaking leaving? What kind of a boyfriend is he?
"Thalia." Rach snapped her fingers and brought my thoughts back to reality.
"Oh yeah. Sorry. What was it you're talking about?" I asked.
Avril and Rach heaved a long sigh together and sat beside on the couch.
"Don't get too worried about Brian that much. He's just adjusting, maybe?" Avril gave me an assuring smile.
Adjusting? For what? There's no time to adjust because I'm freaking leaving two days from now.
"That possibility is surely idiotic." I spoke. "I mean, if he truly loves me, he could've stopped me or my father. Or maybe he could've just accept the fact but never let me go?"
"You're just stressing your mind my friend." Rach tapped my shoulder as if she's showing that I'm slowly becoming a pathetic loser every second.
"Lia listen." I heard Avril speak this time. "Maybe Brian just wanted to have space for a little while."
"And for what, Avril?" I asked, my voice getting high pitched, quite annoyed.
"For some reasons we might not know now but will know sooner?" She replied quite unsure.
"Lia, why don't you go and ask Brian for yourself if you're really bothered by it?" Rach suggested. "Look, it's half past four pm. Schools over."
I took the suggestion of Rachel and figured that yeah, I should go find it out myself. I'am the girlfriend of Brian so I have the right to ask, dont I?
Rach and Avril was in my car waiting for me. I let them come with me anyway, I didn't want to come alone, did I?
I was pacing back and forth when I reached Brian's neighborhood. Once I saw his house, I nearly tripped over a rock since my feet were like jelly, maybe its because of what I'm feeling right now.
I never felt this way before whenever I needed to talk to him.
I was standing a few blocks away from his house when suddenly I saw his car coming inside the big gate that opens up their small village. I ran and hid myself from a very big tree near by so that Brian would not be wondering why I was here without telling him.
I peeked through the side of the trunk when I saw Brian step outside his car. My eyes popped out by the moment I realized that he wasn't the only one on his car.
There was a lady about her late twenties who was stepping outside Brian's car too. She wore long sleeves paired with a pencil skirt with matching blue wedge heels.
I am a hundred percent sure that that lady has a job already. But what was she doing with Brian? IN HIS HOUSE. Well, not literally in his house but going inside his house, yeah.
I can feel my heartbeat getting weaker and weaker every second. My knees were all woobly and I felt very weak.
Was he cheating on me with this fair lady?
I'm pretty sure I could've passed out when I saw Brian getting near her and seductively touched her hair.
Oohhhh the paaaiiiinnn. The unbearable paaaaiiiinn.
Luckily, Avril and Rach came to check on me at the right timing and was able to grab a hold of me before I could literally pass out just there and then. Seeing that horrible scene of Brian and that fair lady made me want to leave already. What was I thinking about? Coming here, greedily finding answers from Brian which just eventually caused me to nearly pass out even though I just wish I should've just passed out and never open my eyes again.
"Lia? Are you okay?" Avril asked with worry filling her eyes.
"I'm......... fine." I replied with a shaky voice.
"Basically, when girls say they're fine, they're actually not. Now come on and let's get out of here." Rach lead me in the car and let Avril drive since I was in a no good condition right now.

"Daddy?" I opened the door of my dad's office to see him writing and signing important papers on his desk.
There were a lot of papers scattered every where and piles and piles and piles of papers on the other desks. I can see how busy he really is each day....
"Sweetheart?" I was busy counting the piles of papers lining down the other desks when dad saw me and is clearly shocked.
"What are you doing here in my office, darling? You don't ever come here...... Unless if there's sonething bothering you really bad."Dad's voice from serious, became a little worried and curious when he said the second sentence.
"Daddy...." I broke down with tears when I ran and hugged daddy.
"Daddy let me and Theodore leave now! Please! Let us leave now, please!" Tears still kept on streaming down my face and dad clearly didn't know what was happening.
"Lia, Lia sweetheart, what ever your problem is, I know you can be able to fix that. But leaving now, isn't that too sudden?"
"Daddy please, please, please, please let me and Theo leave now. Please! We're both ready and I dont see any harm if ever we'd leave now." I begged while wiping the tears off my face. But still, a lot were still escaping out my eyes.
"Now. Now.." Dad pulled me in for a tight hug. He knew he had to calm me down so he did. Once he did this he finally agreed to my request and said, "Fine. You'll leave by 11 pm tonight. Go straight back home and I'll call the airport to change your flight schedule. Go tell Theo too."
This is one of the adventages if your dad owns a very splendid company known international. You get to get every thing you want babe.
I needed nothing more than to be riding on an airplane leaving this country.
I wanted to be away. Away from Brian to be specific. I know were not together anymore. Are we even still? Well, the way he flirted with that lady pretty well explained that he no longer needed me.
Oh what I fool I am for falling too head over heels for him.
"Lia." Before I stepped out of the room, I heard my dad say my name. I stopped but not turning my head around.
"You're strong."
Hearing those words coming out from dad's mouth actually made me feel tons better.
I smiled and stepped out.
