Four o'clock came early, but that was the time we had to get up. I woke up to see Nate and Pat staring back at us. I pushed on Nash to wake him, but he just held me tighter and mumbled something incoherent.
"Um, Nash?"
"Mmm?"
"We got a company."
"Five more minutes, ma," he mumbled.
Pat picked up a pillow and smacked him with it, causing him to wake up. "What the hell, Mags?"
I pointed to Nate and Pat.
"Oh, hey, ma and Dad," he said innocently. They both looked at him with their arms crossed, looking none too pleased.
"Get up and get ready. We'll discuss your bedroom antics later," Nate said, walking out of the room. Pat just shook her head as she walked out of the room.
I smacked him, "What was that for?"
"Oh, gee, I don't know. Maybe the fact you snuck in here last night, and now we're both in deep shit," I exclaimed.
"Yeah, but we weren't doing anything," he said defensively.
"But they don't know that!" I jumped out of bed and got dressed. Nash went to his room and changed. I can see it now, a lecture from hell by Nate and Pat.
After we got ready, we all carried our luggage down to the cars and loaded up. It is way too early to be out of bed and leaving on a trip. Maybe I can sleep in the car on the way there.
We drove until we reached our destination. It was not just any destination, but Metro Airport. Oh, shit! No one told me we were flying! I hate flying. We flew to Mexico, and I thought we would crash. That is so not good.
I begrudgingly walked into the airport, and we checked our bags. I hated this. Once we checked in, I sat in a seat panicking.
"Maggie, you okay? You don't look so good," Noah said.
"She looks as white as a ghost," Nathan said.
Ugh, I felt like I would hurl at any moment.
"Mags?" I looked at Nash wide-eyed.
"What's wrong with her?" Carson asked Nash.
"She hates flying. Look, I will get her something to calm her nerves. Can you guys keep an eye on her?"
"Yeah sure," Nathan said. Nash got up and went to get me something to soothe my nerves.
"Man, she looks like she will hurl," Nathan said.
"Hey, Cody! Come here!" Carson yelled.
"What?"
"Just come here, you dolt!"
Cody walked over. "What?"
"Hey, you got any of that stuff to help with flying?"
"Yeah, why?"
"Cause Maggie needs something," Carson said to him.
"Fine, I'll go get it from ma," he said as he went to Dominique.
"What's he going to get?" Nathan asked Carson.
"Something for anxiety, he has to take it when he flies. It'll help relax Maggie," Carson said.
Cody walked up to his mom. "Hey Ma, I need those anti-anxiety pills."
"They're in my carry on," she said, pointing to her bag. Cody picked up the bag and grabbed a bottle. He opened it up and took out a pill, then put the lid back on the bottle and tossed it back into her bag.
