Twenty nine, there's a mime

Me and Oli have finally recovered. This isn't like before, I assure you we are fine. Joel and Lizzie get back from that two month (Sounds unrealistic, but honestly they make a lot.) honeymoon in a week so me and him went over to revive all the dead plants. It was this cute cliche movie thing that made us get over everything. I wish you were there it was, as the cool kids say, "lit fam".

Me and him sat on the couch watching American Horror Story, but we're in England so it's cooler.  I've seen all the seasons so at the moment we are watching Murder House... again. Maybe if we see it enough Tate and Violet will finally get a happy ever after. I checked my phone and saw the internet had lost it over this war. Even politicians are taking sides.

So far, the winner is unclear. I mean of course I want to win, but Lily is persuasive. Being real, the war is hecka fun. I mean, I've always loved debating. Going back and forth with haters has become my hobby, actually. I get that it's probably unhealthy, but all the same, I love it. Oli seems to like it, too. Also, I found out Scott and him have secretly been communicating; I pretend not to notice. At this point I don't really care what happens, as long as he is happy.

On a different note, Lily got roommates. That's right, Chai, Mariel, and James are moving in with her. James is this EdgeLord we used to go to school with, but I don't think Lily remembers him. To be honest I don't know where he came from, he switched schools after sophomore year. Chai is sorta my man on the inside (he calls himself the new Hercules Mulligan), he tells me the house happenings and then I tell him what to do with his life. Brilliant, I know.

Oli checked his watch and told me he was going to go get the mail. I paused the show and moved so he could get up. After a few minuets he came barreling through the door, seeming hyped about something. HOLD UP: I should probably give you some backstory on this past month. So you know how I just up and came here in a day? Well that wasn't exactly legal. Currently England has some pretty bonkers immigration laws, so I kinda have to move back to 'Murica.  This is were we zoom out:

All but a couple things are packed away in dozens of brown boxes that are packed to the ceiling. American history books are on the table, you know, so Oli wont come off as a total dimwit. Then there's a black binder in front of me. Among the thinks my mom sent me, I found my highschool/college records. After scanning them into the computer, I had an epiphany. You see, although I went to Harvard, I didn't go to law school. I just got a bachelors degree. Since I've done well in school most all my schooling history, I figured most schools would be happy to have me.   Oli and I applied to all the law schools in Indiana, so hopefully he is exited because I got in. He handed me a letter from The Indiana University Maurer School of Law.

I stared at the envelope and sighed. "I didn't get in" I said, throwing it onto the table. "Well how do you know that?" he asked me. I gave him an are you serious look and leaned back. "Small envelopes mean you didnt get in and big ones mean you did. everyone knows that, it's because they always stuff the acceptance ones with papers about classes."

"oh," he said. "Like this?" he pulled and envelope from behind his back. I took the it from him and immediately tore into it. "Oh wow..," I couldn't help but read it aloud. " Alex we would be honored for you to join our community this coming September. This is unbelievable. I... It's the Notre Dame school of Law! This is amazing!" To be honest, Notre Dame is no where close to my first option. But honestly, this is still awesome. I hugged him before rushing out to tell Dnp.

The emos came to their door after the second knock. "we heard you yelling through the wall," Daniel said, hugging me. Phil followed suit. "So, you guys are fine with us moving out?" I finally managed to ask. they nodded and invited me in for tea. I'm gonna miss these two, but at least we can visit each other. Roxy came out of a room and sat on the couch besides Phil.

"So I see she likes it here," I said, petting the fox. She nuzzled her head against my head, causing me to smile. That's how I spent one of my last nights in England. To be honest, i wouldn't have spent it any other way.
