Daisy's P.O.V.
I changed out of the black and white jumpsuit that I was wearing during the day. I put on some comfortable skinny jeans and a cute crop top that I had that said flawless across the front.
I went downstairs to grab my phone and get a quick snack before I left.
My mom was in the kitchen and my phone was going off like crazy.
"Where are you going off to dressing all cute like that?" My mom asked. "And who is texting you?"
"I'm going to an arcade with a bunch of friends and that is them. I'm on a group chat with them so they are obviously talking." I answered.
"And who are these friends?" She asked.
"There is Chosen, Finn, Wyatt, Jack, and Jaeden." She looked confused. "You met Chosen. He lives 3 houses down with his mom."
"So only boys?" She questioned. I nodded my head.
"Is there a problem?" I asked.
"Nope. Just wondering." She smiled. "Have fun." I nodded.
"I will." I waved her goodbye, grabbed my phone, and made my way out.
I loved my mom. She always accepted that I was different I was never really into what other girls were into. Except boys. My mom always loved me, even when I was being a stupid teenager.
I saw that Chosen was waiting outside.
"Hi." I waved to him.
"You ready?" He asked.
"Yup." I hopped on my bike. They liked going old school, but I didn't mind.
"Alright let's get going." I smiled and we made our way.
We rode slow because we were getting there early. We also lived the closest there. We arrived and put up our bikes, put them on chains, and waited outside.
"I have a question for you." I nodded wanting him to continue. "Is there something going on between you and Jaeden?" I didn't expect that.
"You noticed?" I asked. He nodded.
"You don't exactly hide it. It gets really obvious, especially today at recess. He was basically staring at you. And when you guys look at each other it takes a while for you to stop, like that's not normal." I chuckled nervously. "It's cute but promise me something?"
"Yes," I assured him.
"Don't hurt him. The last girl he had, really messed him up." He said.
"I could never." He looked at me like he was trying to see if I was lying. I felt he saw right through me.
He then smiled at me. "You don't seem like the type." I laughed.
"I hope not."
---
"Finally," Jack complained. "Took you long enough."
"Well, I'm sorry that I like neat work." I defended.
We were on a table inside of the arcade, which had plenty of people with lots of games. It was dark and the carpet lit up. It was actually pretty cool.
Apparently, when they come here they get in teams of 2 and see who can get the most tickets. We are currently putting our names in a hat to see who gets to be partners.
"Lemme see your hat," I said to Finn. He handed it to me. I put all the names and mixed them together. "Would you like to do the honors?" I asked Chosen.
