Confrontation

A few minutes before the finals will begin.

Detective Hazim, Syahmi and Fareez are standing in a circle at the corner of the arena. Intan is resting at the hospital. Ainin is still missing.

"Okay, I asked the organizer about our situation. They said we still can fight but maybe some of us needs to fight more than once. I mean, fight more than one round. If our match doesn't ends in three rounds then we need to fight more than once. They also said if anyone is willing to fight for us, they can. The problem is no one wants to. Kind of a disadvantage but at least we still have a chance." explained Detective Hazim.

"Alright. So who wants to fight who later?" asked Syahmi.

"I don't care which want do you want to fight. As long as I'll face Rhyno." Detective Hazim takes his black glasses and wipes it using his shirt.

"Fareez?" During that time Fareez is looking at somewhere else, not paying attention.

"Hey! Fareez!" shouted Syahmi.

Fareez was shocked when Syahmi shouted at him. He quickly looked at Detective Hazim and Syahmi. "Hah? What?" Fareez is confused.

"Did you paid attention to what the coach said just now?" asked Syahmi.

"Eh, of course I do."

"So, what did you hear?"

"What the coach said just now is what I heard."

"I know. What did the coach said?!"

"What the coach said just now!"

Pak! Syahmi and Detective Hazim facepalmed themselves. Let him be. As long as he will not be disqualified during his match he'll be fine. They can't do anything when his attitude is like that.

"Eh! That.." Fareez suddenly pointed to a girl who is sitting on a bench not far from where they are standing. "Oh, so this is where you are, huh?"

All of them approached the girl.

Fareez is the one quickest to approach her. When he is right infront of her, she sat right beside her.

"Hey, Ainin! So this is where you are, huh? Did you know we panicked? We looked for you throughout the whole hospital!" said Fareez.

"Hey, hey. Aren't you suppose to say 'Ainin! I'm happy you are still alive.' Haa.. right?" replied Ainin with a sarcastic voice.

"Ughh.. Whatever, Ainin." Fareez rolled his eyes and then smiled at Ainin. "But.. you're right. Thank god you are still alive. Or not, we would be in more trouble."

"Ainin, what actually happened?" asked Detective Hazim as he sat beside the young girl.

"Oh, long story. Actually just now..."

During that time, Jay asked both teams to get ready at the side of the court. Syahmi, Fareez and Detective Hazim had to hear to Ainin's story later. It's time for them to fight. There will be the time for them to hear stories.

The first round was full of suspense. The fight between Fareez and Lau kept the spectators cheering for more. The MAUT Arena is always filled with cheers. For the fighters, those cheers are their source of determination.

Lau and Fareez faced each other. Both of them are gasping for air after a few minutes of struggling. They can continue attacking anytime. The other members of Team Slayer and Team Perkasa waited patiently to see what will happen next.
