Day P.O.V.

Something's wrong. June is most definitely not okay.

I should know, I mean I've been watching her since sixth grade. Okay. That came out really creepy.

"Eden! Put that down!" I scream. He just picked up a glass vase. We are at Walmart looking through the creepy clearance Stuff. So far we've found that vase and rabbit urine. And that vase had a naked roman god painted on it. Creepy.

"Ooh! An Elsa and Anna waffle maker, June would love it!" I yell.

"No she wouldn't and you know it." Eden says.

"Aw. Come on. Can't we just buy it anyway?" I ask. He shakes his head.

"You wanna go ride the bikes up and down the aisles?" I suggest excitedly.

"Uh, is that even a question? Of course! Race ya!" He bolts. I run behind him.

There's only one problem. Where are the bikes?

I run up and down the aisles and eventually find it. Eden is already there and riding a tricycle up and down the aisle.

I grab a scooter and follow him.

"Excuse me, sir, you can't do that. I'm going to have to ask you and your friend here to leave." A random employee says as I halt. How come Eden got to ride the trike?

"Well. That's quite rude." I say. "And after all we've been through." I grab Eden's arm and run out.

"Let's just go back to the hotel." He suggests. I nod laughing.

••••••

"June." I whisper. She groans.

"What?" She asks opening her eyes slightly.

"It's morning. Are you sure you're okay?" She nods and sits up right after I mention her health.

"I'm perfectly fine. Are we ready to go?" She asks.

"Yep." She nods and walks into the bathroom.

About ten minutes later She comes out ready to leave.

"Let's go!" My mom says.

"One second." June says and goes to pick up her bags. "Okay."

We have been here for about ten minutes, at the funeral home, that is. Nothing has happened. June and I have stayed off of our phones. Well June has. And I did after she yelled at me. What? I was just checking the weather for the week. I feel bad about my aunt dying but I never really knew her.

"Okay. So we need to go through her will." The worker from the place says.

"Okay." My dad says. "Can you guys all go into the lounge room We passed on the way here?" We are being treated like five year olds. I nod and get up. June and Eden quickly follow.

After we get to the lounge we basically just sit on our phones.

"June?" I say.

"Yeah?" She says back as she slips her phone into her sweatshirt pocket.

"What's up?" I say childishly. I'm bored.

"Well let's see." She looks up. "The ceiling."

"I hate you." I already regret saying that.

"Now now. Hate is a strong word." She says as she throws a pen at me.

"Hey!" I say as I throw it back at her. She catches it and throws it to Eden who sets it on the ground.
