when we arrived jonah quickly hopped out of the car and ran over to my side to open the door for me. he stretched out his hand for me to grab. he is so polite. i grabbed his hand and our fingers intertwined. he had a smile starting to appear on his face. i couldn't help but to smile as well. when we walked in i could tell it was nice but casual. "jonah i'll be right back." i said "ok." is all he said back. i searched for the restrooms and finally found them. i went to check the mirror and my eyes were still all red and puffy. "why won't it go away!" i said frustrated. "hey, i can help." a girl said as she heard me. i turned around and saw my best friend from LA. she was always so caring and she helped me get through my problems with jake. "Delaney!!!" i said as i turned around. "Raegan!" she exclaimed. "your back!" "yeah i'm back." i chuckled. i love how she didn't even question why i was crying. she didn't want to make me even more upset. she handed me some makeup and it actually kind of helped. i haven't talked to her since i left. i honestly missed her so much though. "i'll text you" i said as i walked out of the bathroom. "ok." she simply replied. i walked back out and my dark blue eyes met jonah's. they were gorgeous. "hey." he said "hey." i replied. then the waiter came out and started checking me out. i just rolled my eyes. he started flirting with me, and i could tell jonah was jealous but it didn't really bother him because he knew i wasnt interested. while we were waiting for our food, he started making really stupid jokes and one made me laugh super hard. while i was smiling with my drink in hand, he decided to take a picture of me without me noticing. he posted it on instagram.
