The Wedding Feast:
When the Wedding/Ceremony ended, everyone gatheredin the Great Hall for the Feast and Celebration. Everyone gathered around Thorin and Christine, giving them their congratulations on becoming husband and wife, and King and Queen. All this attention was quite overwhelming for Christine, and she began to feel a bit light headed. "Thorin, I need to sit down." spoke up Christine. "Okay, we can sit down. Besides that, supper is about to be served." said Thorin. And Thorin guided his bride to the large table, and sat down. Christine could hear Mary Anne teasing FIli and Felicity. "Hey you two! You're not playing footsies are you?" joked Mary Anne. "We're not playing footsies, Mary Anne." said Felicity. "Oh yes we are!" grinned Fili. "Fili!" said Felicity, as she playfully slapped the dwarf prince in the arm. "Hey! What was that for?" asked Fili. "For being a turd."said Felicity. Thorin and Christine laughed at Fili and Felicity's antics. "Did you hear that Christine? Your sister called me a turd!" said Fili. "Don't feel bad, she calls me that every now and then." said Christine smiling.
"Christine calls me that sometimes herself." grinned Thorin. "I do not. In fact, I call you and your nephews different. You're Big Shit, and Fili and Kili are 'little shits'!" said Christine. "HEY!" said Fili and Kili together grinning. Thorin burst into laughter. After supper, the music and dancing started. Thorin and Christine started off the first dance, like what Christine had wanted. "You are quite a dancer, Thorin!" grinned Christine. "I had to learn to dance. I didn't really much cared for dancing, even to this day I don't." said Thorin. "What's wrong, you don't want to get up and move? Dancing is good excercise, you know!" teased Christine. Thorin snorted. "Forging is good excercise, training the area with my weapons is good excercise! How much excercise do I need?" said Thorin. "You're married to me now, so you'll be getting A LOT of excercise, if you get my meaning!" grinned Christine. Thorin laughed. "Bed room excercise!" purred Thorin. "Exactly!" grinned Christine.
After Thorin and Christine danced a few dances, they sat down. Suddenly, someone in the crowd called out to Thorin requesting to hear the dwarf king sing. Thorin smiled. Thorin felt ready to sing a song he recently had composed about Christine. Dwalin brought forth Thorin's harp. Thorin approached the harp, and he sat down, pulling the instrument close to him. Thorin leaned towards the harp, placing his fingers on the strings, and he started to play. After playing instrumentally for a while, Thorin began to sing his song. His deep beautiful baritone rose about the enchanting floating melodies of the harp. Christine felt her heart racing as she watched her husband sing a song about her, and she felt so moved by the words, a tear slid down her cheek. She now longed for him, and her desire for him grew. She wanted to take him now. Everyone focused their attention on Thorin while he sang and played. Felicity turned to Christine. "He's turning you on, isn't he, Chris?!" chuckled Felicity. Christine remained silent, her attention mostly on Thorin. "I take that as a yes." laughed Mary Anne. "Leave her be. Thorin is singing a lovely song about her." said Tauriel.
When Thorin struck a final chord on his harp, he ended the song. Loud cheering and applause came afterward. Christine jumped from her seat, darting over to Thorin, wrapping her arms around Thorin."The song is very beautiful, Thorin. I love it!" Christine whispered to Thorin. "Thank you. I written that song, especially for you!" purred Thorin, as he leaned towards her, kissing her passionately. When the kiss broke, Thorin and Christine looked at each other. "Thorin, I'm ready to retire to our quarters." said Chrisitne. Thorin smiled. "Yes, I'm ready for our alone time." said Thorin. While the others continued celebrating, Thorin and Christine retreated to their private chambers. Once they arrived there, they entered their bedroom. It didn't take them long to remove their wedding clothes, and they climbed into bed afterwards. Thorin pulled Christine close to him. "Christine, you made me one happy dwarf." Thorin said to Christine, as he gently caressed Christine's hair. "Thank goodness." said Christine, resting her head on Thorin's broad chest.
