New York City,
April, 2013
It was early morning, and Christine Bankston, a bookstore owner, and a third generation white witch was making breakfast in her large home in New York. Her sisters, Mary Anne and Felicity lived with her. "Mary Anne! Hurry up! You're going to be late for the marathon if you don't hurry it up!" called out Christine. "I'm coming, hold your horses shit!" snapped a brown haired woman leaping out of the room. "I hope you do well in the race today." said Christine. "Me too! I've been training for weeks of it. I'm glad the day had finally came so I can rest and enjoy reading my favorite book." said Mary Anne. "You're reading The Hobbit, again?" asked Christine. "I cannot help it. I love the book and the movies! Kili, don't get me started on that dwarf." said Mary Anne. Suddenly, they heard chuckling in the background. In came a blonde curly haired woman with blue eyes. "What is so funny, Felicity?" asked Mary Anne. "Someone made a naked drawing of Fili, and I cannot help but staring at it." said Felicity. Christine rolled her eyes. She loved the Hobbit as much as the next person, but these two girls, went overboard.
Christine is the oldest of the two sisters, 34, while Felicity is 28, and Mary Anne, 27. Their parents died in 2001, during the attack of September 11th. The three of them hardly spoken of it, but they still spoke of the memories of their parents. Felicity and Mary Anne had took the deaths of their parents the hardest. It was Christine who took up the reigns as older sister and helped raise Felicity and Mary Anne. Christine opened up a bookstore at the age of eighteen to help make ends meet for them after graduating from high school. Several years it had been rough for all three girls, but they managed. Also all three girls are practicing Wicca, and they enjoyed their craft immensely. Not only that it kept the girls calm as well. Each girl had their own tempers, but never really lost their tempers unless provoked. Mary Anne, the youngest sister, was the most passive. Although if someone angered her, she would turn and walk away, with tears and not saying a word. While Christine and Felicity, when angered, they would either sound off verbally or physically.
"Well, I better get going. Otherwise the race is going tos start without me." said Mary Anne. "Just don't go there to pick up guys! Focus on the race and not men!" joked Felicity. "Ha, ha, very funny Felicity!" snapped Mary Anne, and she waked out the door.

Meanwhile, Thorin and company are still in the park. "We must go find someone who can help us out. Maybe someone in this world can help us go back to Middle Earth." suggested Balin. "And how are we supposed to do that? The people here are rude, unwelcome, and not one help was given to us." snapped Thorin. "Well it doesn't hurt to ask, Thorin Oakenshield. Not all people here are rude." said Balin. "They are humans, Balin." said Thorin. "It doesn't matter! Lets just go and find some help!" argued the old dwarf. "Fine." said Thorin. Thorin lead the company, as they walked through the park that day. They saw many people out walking or running. Suddenly, ahead of them, they saw a very interesting contraption. It was underneath a large circular building, with wooden painted horses on a platform, that spun around to loud organ music. "What in Durin's name is that?!" exclaimed Ori. "I seen one of those before! In Dale! It's a kiddie ride." said Bofur. "Can we ride it?!" asked Fili, who seemed fascinated with the ride. "Oh for Durin's sake, Fili! Keep your head together! We need to focus on the quest!" snapped Thorin.
"Please Uncle?" begged Fili and Kili together. "Thorin, let the lads have their fun. We'll stand by and watch." said Balin. "YAY!" cheered the young dwarves has they ran over to the ride. It didn't take them long to return, and they looked very disappointed. "What?" asked Thorin. "They wouldn't let us on the ride." snarled Kili. "Why?" asked Balin. "Because it costs money, money that we don't have!" said Fili. "Of course we got money, lads! We got our coins with us." said Gloin. "But that's not the money they are taking. They take paper money." said Kili. "Don't worry about it. We need to find somewhere we can get help and fast." said Thorin. Later, they find themselves outside of the park and into a residential area. They first place they looked upon was a large white two story house, with a large front yard. "People live in these places?" asked Gloin. "They look really nice." said Bilbo. "I like the way the places are built." said Bofur. "We will ask the people here for help." said Thorin. Everyone nodded. Thorin approached the front door, followed by the others.
