I groaned seeing my parents kiss in the living room. "Can you guys like not kiss in my presence?" They laughed as papa pinched my cheeks as dad ran his hand through my perfectly wavy hair. "Oh shush you. You're still a kid." I grunted as I moved their hands off of me "Stop it! I'm not a little kid! I'm 16 years old!" Papa stood up as I looked into the same blue eyes.

"You're still be my baby." He fixed my hair as dad stood up and wrapped his arm around papa "Hey over it Levi." "That's not fair! How come you treated Alex like an adult when he was my age?" "Because unlike you, Alex was a handful and he didn't really connect with others besides Norah. Also I wasn't aware that your dad Keith was pregnant for the 6th time." Dad chuckles

"Not my fault that I'm fertile and besides we wanted another boy and you know it." They started being all in love and I stuck my tongue out "Gross. Seriously? So I'm being treated like a baby because I'm not dark and brooding like Alex was?" They nodded "Right." "Fine then I'll act out and throw tantrums"

Isn't it like dinner at your place?"

"Yeah but I was complaining how I'm not being treated as an adult." "But you're 16? Your dad's are dumb and should know they went into war when they were like 17 or so? I was younger" I nod "I know but what can you do with them?" She smiles as we entered her lab and I see a bunch of stuff "Whoa pretty cool." "Yeah. I've been testing stuff out. Oh would you like to test something for me?"

I shrug "Sure. As long as I don't get hurt or my dad's are gonna kill you and then me." She nods as she pulled me towards an odd pod "This is a time machine. I tested with an Apple and it came back in a day so it's pretty safe. But I want you to go in and do not touch or even talk to anyone from the past. I just need you to tell me what you see."

"Alright? Why would you think I'll mess it up?" She glares at me "You're Lances son. He's an idiot and I hope you don't do something he would do." I sigh "Got it." She started turning the machine on and asked what year to go back to and I smirked. She punched the numbers and nods "Careful Levi."
