Adriana's pov
It's my birthday today and its already midday and yet no one seemed to know or remember my special day.
If I were to be in Florida I would have gotten several birthday wishes by now.
I log into face book and see birthday wishes from some of my former classmates.
what hurts the most is none of my family member wishes me anything not even Chloe my bestie or Kyle.
It's so sad.
I was Interrupted from my thoughts by the sound of a door opening.
I looked towards the door and saw Ana my little sis.
"Hey big sis"she said
"Yea"I answered trying to hide the hurt in my voice.
"I have an assignment to do at the beach,it's a practical,so I need your help"she continued
"My help for what ???to build sand castle? ?seriously no thank you I am not interested"I replied.
"No it's a group assignment and it's to be done with the supervision of an older person.Besides I can't drive down there"she explained.
"Exactly you can't drive so you will walk"I said.
"I asked mom and she said you should take me"she replied grinning.
"Mom isn't even around"I complained.
"There's something called a phone,you press buttons and you can communicate with people that are far away...."she continued explaining as if I'm a two year
"Enough!!fine go get dressed I'll be down in 10".
"Yayyy!!!"she exclaimed dancing.
10 mins later I was down the stairs.
I see her whispering into the phone,I just ignore it and call her.
"Ana I'm ready".
"Alright sis let's hit the roads.But you'll have to pick up one of friends on the way there"she said.
"What am I now??kids driver??"I asked feigning seriousness.
We both burst out laughing.
30 mins later we got to the house of the person am supposed to pick.
Ana came down and beckoned to me to come.
"Just tell the Person to come down ,I'll be waiting here"I said.
"No come in,at least let her mom know who is picking up her daughter"she said pulling my hands.
It made sense so I obliged.
"Alright then lead the way
As soon I stepped through the door I heard
Yeeèeeeyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!
