"Ivy!where are you"

"I'm in the bathroom mom"

"Okay,hurry up were waiting for you at the table for dinner"

"Okay mummy,I'll be there soon"

It's been two days since Ivy left the hospital after 3 days of being in the hospital.
It was dinner time in Adrianna's house, Kyle was over to spend sometime with them.

They were sitting at the table, when they heard a knock at the door.Adrie made ro get up "don't worry Adrie, I'll get it"Luke said standing up as Ivy finally came down to the table.

Kyle opened the door and saw willy whose face changed immediately upon seeing Kyle.

"What are you doing here Kyle? "

"Oh I'm here to have dinner with a beautiful strong woman and her kids, and you?what are you here for"

"I'm here to see my kids"

"Really?just the kids?"
"Just get out of my way"Willy replied clearly upset.He didn't even know why he was upset

Kyle meanwhile chuckled as he stepped away from the door.He had made it his duty to offend and frustrate Willy this last few days.

"Hi daddy" the girls said as Willy met them at the dining.

"Hey my darlings"he said and bent to give them each a kiss on their forehead.

"Good evening"

"Yea evening,how are you doing?"
"I'm fine"she replied.

Of course why won't you be fine when that idiot is here telling you his silly and dry jokes.
Why I'm i even upset?

"So we were just about to have dinner,will you join us?"Iris asked.

"If that's okay with your mom"Willy replied looking at Adrianna.

"Yea sure of course I'll go get some more food from the kitchen"

"I'll help you"Kyle and Willy said together.

I'm really going to kill you soon imbecile.

Ahah,in your face idiot

Willy thought as he started a victory dance in his head.

They entered the kitchen and when Willy saw the good she was dishing to a plate,he couldnt help but wonder what it was.

"Adrie,what's that?"

"That what?"

"The food"
"Oh, it's called 'Jollof rice' it's a meal in Africa.Kyle taught me how to make it".

At the mention of Kyle,Willy became angry again.

"What's going on between you and Kyle?"

"My personal life is none of your business"

"Oh really, well I don't want him around my kids anymore"
"Are you kidding me?who are you to make such decision?"
"I AM THEIR FATHER, THE MAN OF THIS ..."he stopped mid sentence

"Don't raise your voice at me"

"Fine, whatever"

"Are you going to eat or you're going to leave angry?"

Willy thought of leaving but his stomach growled.

"I'll eat thanks"
"Here you go"she said handing him tge Plate of food,their fingers touched and it went shivers down her.Willy used his thumb and ran them over the top of her fingers both lost in the moment.
