General pov.

"My Lord,this young lady has been abused daily by her father,you cannot possibly allow this terrible man to go Scotfree.

He abused her both physically and emotionally,he used her as a means to satisfy his sexual needs,he raped her continuously each day.

He's a drunk, I hope that you will dispense justice appropriately by throwing this man in jail and teaching this poor girl from suffer.

With that being said,I rest my case your honour".

"Thank you,any concluding statement from the defence?"

"Yes your honour.I beg to carry out a practical,may I proceed?"

"You may"

The defence attorney stepped forward and motioned to a guard,he handed him a bottle.

"Okay your honor please watch me as I try to fit in this spoon in the bottle while the guard is twirling it around and lets see it can enter".

He told the guard to keep moving the bottle in circles while he tried putting in the spoon in the mouth if the bottle.

After attempting without results for a minute he stopped,thanked the guard,dropped the bottle and the spoon and turned to the judge.

"My Lord,as you can see from this little demonstration,my client couldn't have raped his daughter if she didn't let him.It was something of consent.

so accusing my client of rape is wrong because my client is innocent".

"I have something to say your honour"the prosecuting attorney said and stood from her seat".

"You may proceed".

"What a beautiful illustration the defence attorney has put forth.

let's imagine that the guard who was holding the bottle was bleeding from his hand and was badly injured,how will he have the strength to twirl the bottle around?

Or if the bottle was being held by a little child wouldn't it be easy to hit the child and easily put in the spoon? So in this case your honor the illustration put forth by the defence isn't applicable.

With that she took her seat.

"Well jury,you have heard from both the prosecuting and defence counsel please converge and lets have the verdict.

The jury moved aside for for few minutes and came back with an envelope which was opened and it's contents where:

"Haven heard from both prosecuting and defence counsels,seeing the evidence places before us and testimonies from witnesses,the court finds the accused person Mr. Jack Evans guilty of rape and domestic violence and fraud he is hereby sentenced to 10 years imprisonment".

The court was dismissed and the look of relief on Adrianna's face was priceless,she was extremely glad.this is a case she had been working for two months now and it came out successful.

Mr. Jack was taken away by the police and Sandra,the victim of his atrocities ran up to Adrianna and gave her a hug with years in her eyes.

"Thank you so much miss,you did it"

"Finally dear you can feel safe,you're safe from that monster of a father of yours.so lets get going now.we have to pick up the kids from school".

Adrianna picked up her bag and put her hands over Sandra's shoulder as they walked towards her car,they got outside,entered the car and she drove off to pick up her kids from school.
