Chapter 27

As adrianna stormed off in anger, she bumped into someone.

"Oh my God,I'm so sorry"she said as she stepped back.

"It's okay"a cool deep voice said to her.
She looked up and their eyes met and seeing who it was she screamed in excitement

"Kyle!"

"Hello to you too smallie"

"Hey don't call me smallie"she said pointing her finger at him jokingly.

"I'm happy to see you too"he replied laughing.

"Wait why are you in doctor's uniform?"

"And boom! My surprise is spoilt, I was transferred here two days ago,I wanted to settle in and then come over to surprise you but it looks like you came over to take the surprise"

"Awwnn,you had been in Africa for quite while now,how was it over there?"

"It was great actually, but that's a story for some other time,what are you doing here in the hospital?"

"Oh...well...um my daughter injured herself so I rushed her here".

"I see,well I think it's good I'm here now I'll get the chance of meeting the beautiful twins,well I was actually on my way to see a parent in the reception,an Ivy walters' mom,so I'll see you around Adrie".

"Did you just say Ivy Walters?well that's my daughter".

"Really,I see I've met the first of the twins it's left the other one then".

"Why don't we go back to the waiting room so you can tell us how she is". Seeing the confused look on his face she continued

"Well by us, I mean her father and I"

"Oh yes right, after you"he replied featuring for her to walk before him.

Upon seeing the doctor, Willy got up from where he was sitting, and walked up to meet him.

"No way,wait are you the doctor I've been waiting for?"

"Yes,Mr Walters"Kyle said smiling.

"Kyle Gonzales,so glad to see you again man"Willy said as they shook hands and wrapped it up in a hug.

"Wait you two know each other?"Adrianna asked.

"Yes Adrie,we met during our housemanship"Kyle replied.

"Wait hold on,you called her Adrie,have you guys met before?"Willy asked out if curiosity.

"We practically grew up together in Florida, we were besties alongside Chloe, just that they both moved but we stop kept in touch though".

"Alright then,so about my daughter,how is she?"

"Well the nail tore her flesh, but luckily it didn't go past the flesh, so she'll be fine.Just a few days rest and some drugs and she'll heal up completely".

"Thanks Kyle"Adrie said

"Well you're so dang lucky that its noting serious else you would have had it from me"Willy shouted pointing his finger at Adrianna.

"What's your problem?why does everything have to be my fault?".

"Hold on guys,what's the issue.And besides Willy that is no way to talk to a lady,especially the sweetest lady in the world".

"Just stay out of this Kyle".Willy replied and walked out.

"I hate him so much"Adrie said as soon as Willy was out of earshot.
