Chapter 31

It was 6 A.M in the morning, Adrianna had just gotten out of bed and went into the kids room to wake them up for school.

She tapped them gently to wake them up, they didn't respond.oh come on kids you have to wake up she said to herself.

"Iris, Ivy"she called.

They still didn't respond. This was always the hardest part of the day waking them up from sleep in the morning not to forget having them go to bed early as well.

"Since you both have refused to wake up, you'll wake up in the bath room". She bent, removed the covers from Ivy's body and carried her gently to the bathroom.

She went back and picked Iris as well and dropped her under the shower besides her sister.

She undressed them and wore them shower caps.She turned on the shower and watched as the water fell through their body they were really heavy sleepers.

"No no no no no, the water is catching up with me, run faster Iris, run run run" Ivy said still sleeping.

"Come on water, don't touch me, no don't".

Adrianna chuckled to herself and just turned off the shower. She nudged them again and they woke up.

"Good morning princesses".

"Good morning momma".

" I told you to sleep early but you wouldn't listen, you stayed awake with Anna and now you have to wake up for school.Take this". She handed them their soap filled sponges and watched them scrub. She scrubbed their backs for them and they rinsed off. Wrapped in towels, the girls for out of the bathroom into the room.

Adrianna went into the closet and got their clothes and laid it on the bed for them.
"Go ahead, dry yourselves, rub your lotion and wear your clothes the correct way. Mummy will be downstairs setting the table for breakfast".

She left them upstairs and on her way down she bumped into Andreas.

"Good morning" she said to him and attempted running off but he grabbed her hands.

"Morning sis".

"Why are you holding me? Please let me go".

"Adrie, are you still upset with me".

"Of course I am, isn't it obvious?".

"Come on I'm sorry, please I really am".

"You don't look like it".

"Come on Adrie, Chloe has refused to see me since that day, she doesn't pick my calls, she dieznt reply my texts and she never even opened the door to let me into her apartment".

"Well too bad. I didn't tell her to do any of that".

"pumpkin please, it's killing me, I love her a lot like really so much. I promise you one day I'll tell you the whole story but please forgive us".

"Don't use the pumpkin card on me".She said freeing herself from Andreas' hand and going to the dining table to set it up for the kids. She saw it was already laid and the food kept as well.

"Pumpkin, pumpkin, please".

" Okay fine but you promise you won't keep something like that from me again".

"I promise, so do you forgive us?".

"Yes I do, I wasn't really upset that you're together, I just felt sad that you guys didn't even trust me enough to let me know".

"We're so sorry sis".

"And you big brother don't you dare break my friends heart else I'll kill you myself and take the time to dig your grave".
