Painting an Evening

When you stare into silent eyes

Of yourself, in the mirror that lies,

During the evening that oscillates

Between the gone day and night that waits

Locked with the mirror, candid, scary,

So honest that I chose the contrary,

The wall, plain and painted salmon pink

With random streaks of water leaks that stink

But the sound of the dripping water

(And vexing laughs of neighbor's daughter)

As the so formed noisy alliance

Is amplified in the evening's silence

And the water streaks, random till now

Have started taking clear shapes somehow,

A man, a woman, a dragon too

Is this real or a feast for Baku...
