Alex POV

I woke in a cell that was surrounded by more cells. The smell of wet concrete tickled my nose as I sat up and looked around more. There were guards everywhere and when I looked at the other prisoners, they all seemed to be Aliens. I looked to my right and saw a familiar suit.

"Kara!" I screamed, waking the sleeping blonde.

"Alex? What the hell is going on?"

"I'm not sure. The last thing I remember is..." I thought hard and remembered the call from Lena, "Oh my god, Kara!"

"What?"

"The last thing I remember is getting a call to say that Killer Frost attacked you, left you in really bad shape!" I could see she was back to normal, or less than normal with the Arakmuraya still killing her.

"I'm fine, Alex. But by my calculations, I only have a day left, if it is what time I think it is."

"Shut up, both of you!" A guard yelled. So I lowered my voice so that just we could hear each other.

"I am going to get you out of here, whatever it takes," I told her, unsure of whether we would make it out of here. I looked around us again. The guard that told us to be quiet started walking towards my cell. I stood when he opened the door, walking to the other side.

"What are you doing?" Kara yelled, trying to stand. I looked back at the guy who was slowly walking into my cell. "Tell me!"

"She has to die..." He said as he grabbed my arm. I fought with all my strength and pushed him to the ground. He tried to get up but I kicked him in the ribs, feeling them break.

"Alex! Stop!" I stopped when I heard Kara's voice beg me to stop.

"Sorry, I am coming." I walked out of mine and over to her cell door, opening it with the keys I grabbed off of the guard. She stood up to walk out "Hey!" I yelled, grabbing her when she fell.

"Alex, I don't..."

"Kara, we are getting out of here, you will see Lena, we will..." Kara cut me off, pushing me out of the way, standing in front of Lillian Luthor, with a gun! Kara was between me and Lillian, they were talking but I couldn't make out what they were saying. A small sharp pain pricked my neck and I fell to the ground.

Writing a Eulogy is difficult. Especially when it is for your sister who risked her life to save yours, even though it was almost certain she would die anyway. I was trying as hard to hold on until her funeral, I had to say something, tell everyone the truth about what really happened at Cadmus.

"She saw that I had no way of getting out, she stopped fighting so they would grab her and she distracted them while I ran to the hallway. I heard her scream, so, I went back for her. She was gone by the time I got to her, laying in a pool of blood. She still had a half smile on her face, as if taunting the guards because they had said they would only kill one of us. I wish it had have been me. I keep going back to her apartment and seeing her things, still waiting for her to come home... as if she ever will." I read out loud, not realising that Lena had been there the whole time until I saw Lena's face in the reflection of my computer screen.

"I didn't know that is how it happened..."

"Lena! I am really sorry, you aren't supposed to have heard this until tomorrow."

"I can't believe you haven't finished yours yet, " She said, sitting on the chair next to me. "I finished mine a while ago, not long after you guys were taken, Kara and I started it together before the attack with Killer Frost and everything."
