After Earth 90 Kara goes home, Lena finds out that 'Supergirl' killed Lillian

Kara POV

"What the hell, Kara?" Behind me was the gorgeous Lena Luthor, scolding me because the other Kara had killed Lillian Luthor. I couldn't turn to look at her. I would break down if I looked her in the eye.

"Lena..." I tried to say through tears.

"Just explain to me why. I understand that she is a threat but that is when you put her in jail! Why would you take her life?"

"Lena! It wasn't me!"

"Sure, the video says it all!"

"It also shows Supergirl surrounded by Kryptonite! Don't you think it would show if she was affected? It wasn't me! It was a different Supergirl from another universe!"

"So you are blaming it on that other Kara?"

"Well, yes! She wanted revenge because Lillian was the one who killed Alex on her earth!"

"Kara, how can I believe you? You lied to me about Supergirl, you lied to me about so many things! How can I be sure you aren't lying now?" I sighed, turning around and looking her in the eyes.

"I didn't kill your mother, I swear," I stated quietly, keeping my eyes on hers.

"Kara, I am sorry. I just don't know how to believe you." She walked out, leaving me alone in my apartment. I sat on my couch, ready to have a pity party when I heard a knock at the door. I used my X-Ray vision to look at who it was.

"Kara, I know you can see me. Can you let me in?" I got up and unlocked the door, speeding back to my comfortable position on the couch. "Is everything okay? I saw Lena on my way out, she looked really furious." Alex knelt on the floor in front of me and put her hand on mine, I felt relaxed as soon as she touched me. That was her superpower, she could make anyone feel better just by being there.

"Alex, she...dumped me. Or not, I don't even know if we were together. Either way, because of that other Kara, Lena thinks I killed Lillian."

"Oh, Kara!" She kissed me on the forehead, then got up and headed for the kitchen. She was on her phone for a few minutes before coming back to my side.

"What was that about?"

"James and Winn are coming over with Pizza and Potstickers!" I smiled back at my grinning sister. She always knew how to make me feel better. Alex and I put a movie on and waited for my friends, and James and Winn. We heard a knock at the door and Alex ran to welcome the party inside.

"James, Winn." I got up and hugged them.

"Is everything okay? What happened with Lena?" James said and Winn nodded.

"I'm not sure, I think she dumped me." James gave me another hug and Winn did the same after him. We all sat down and ate my most favourite meal and watched Wizard of Oz. Having friends like this is the only reason I stay sane. If only Lena was here.

Lena POV

'I left Kara'. I didn't know how to feel about it but it was the only thing going through my mind. I had just blown up at her and not listened or believed her about killing my mother. I sat at my desk, regretting how I yelled at her.

"Miss Luthor, there is a visitor for you." Alex Danvers burst through after my assistant gave me a second to prepare.

"How could you?" Alex screamed.

"Alex, look...

"No!" She cut me off. I stood, "Lena, how dare you leave my sister? It wasn't even her that killed your mother! Since when did you even care about that... monster?"

"I don't. I just thought Supergirl didn't kill. I can't live with knowing that my partner killed my mother." I felt tears in my eyes, I choked them back, trying to seem tough to the sister of the woman I loved.

"Supergirl doesn't kill! Not ours anyway. The person who killed Lillian was the Kara from Earth 90!"

"Alex, I really am sorry. I don't know if I can ever come back from this. I truly am sorry!"

"Tell that to the woman whose heart you just broke!" She walked out of the office, probably heading to Kara's apartment.

"Miss Luthor?" I looked up and saw Superman, he had anger in his eyes.

"Oh no, not you too!"

"What?"

"Alex Danvers just stormed in, angry that I just dumped your cousin."

"You what?" There was more anger in his eyes.

"You didn't know? If not that, what are you here for?"

"You let a story get released about Kara!"

"What do you mean? Start from the start!"

"I was sitting in my office, waiting for a text back from Kara and I saw on the news that Kara was suspected of being Supergirl!"

"How is this my fault?"

"The funeral, Lena!" He was talking about how we had a joined funeral for Kara and Supergirl. I had forgotten to take the other coffin, so it was for both of them but only one of them was there.

"Oh, wow!" I sighed, "I had completely forgotten about that." Superman suddenly flew out the window, 'Probably because of an accident or something, maybe aliens' I thought. I turned on my computer and got some work done before heading home and going to sleep as soon as my head hit the pillow.

Sorry for the short chapter, give me any ideas on future chapters or even stories. I really don't like doing these author's notes at the end of chapters, I like dedicating whole chapters. I think it is better to have them in their own chapter. Please vote and comment, love you all!
