Kara (From Earth 38) POV

I took the other me with me to the DEO. When we landed Alex ran to me and hugged me, not realising that there was a doppelganger behind me.

"Who is this..." She stopped her question when Kara from Earth 90 slowly walked up to her.

"Alex..." She whispered, then broke down in tears. I quickly knelt down next to her while she was crying and comforted her. She finally stood after a minute or two, Alex waited patiently for us to stand, when we did, Kara acted like she hadn't come from an Earth where Alex was dead.

"What the hell, Kara? Which one of you is the Kara that just left with J'onn? Where is J'onn?" Alex was frantic, trying to figure out what was going on.

"It is nice to meet you, or not, I guess..." Kara from Earth 90 said.

"I am very confused," Alex stated. The other Kara explained everything. She told Alex about all of the differences on her earth and about how she got here, her invulnerability to Kryptonite was also glossed over. She mentioned Alex's death on her Earth, apologising for the way she broke down. "Kara, it is fine." She gave her a hug and let her cry on her shoulder for a while.

"Kara, where have you been?" I turned to see Lena who stared at me and well, the other me in amazement. "Ummm... what in Rao's name?" I was finally rubbing off on her, she was starting to mention Rao in situations like this. The other Kara giggled at Lena's adorableness.

"So, I guess that isn't different?" I whispered to her.

"Nope, apparently we both have the stunning Lena Luthor."

"What about Mon-El?" I asked.

"I am still with him. But I can't help but wonder if I have a chance with her." I made a point of running to Lena and kissing her. Kara scoffed.

"See?" I said, quiet so only she could hear. She giggled again, walking to Lena.

"Kara Danvers, from a different universe. Nice to meet you." She extended her hand, Lena laughed and gave her a huge hug.

"Wow there, don't get too attached." I joked, we all laughed and talked about a plan to get my doppelganger home.

Kara (Earth 90) POV

After we planned a way to get me home, we started planning a way to go after Cadmus. Alex had eyes on me the whole time, as if not trusting me. I felt uncomfortable, my sister was looking at me as if she didn't know me, well she didn't, to be honest.

"Kara..." Both my Idol and I looked up at the same time and laughed at this cliche moment. J'onn continued his sentence to the other Kara with a slight smile on his face. "You don't need to be in harm's way at all."

"Sounds great!" I retorted but slumped back in my chair when I felt three sets of eyes on me. I kept my mouth shut during the rest of the conversation between Alex, Kara and Lena. J'onn left when he got a message on his phone, not explaining anything.

"So, Kara, you stay here while other Kara goes to Cadmus. When she reveals herself as being invulnerable to Kryptonite, while Lillian is caught off guard, we send our best agents in to fight the guards." Alex already had a great plan set out.

"Can't I help at all?" Kara whined.

"No!" Lena, Alex and I said at the same time. I stood up and walked away, I knew the general layout of the DEO so I walked into one of the rooms downstairs. I arrived in a place that had a hologram of my mother.

"Hello Kara, how may I help you today? How is reporting going?" I looked at Alura Zor-El, my mother, standing on a platform. I reached up to touch her but my hand went straight through hers.

"Hey, you found mum," I turned and saw my own face, different eyes though. She had been through so much more. She had lost everyone closest to her, I had just lost Alex.

"Why do you have one of these?"

"In your universe, our mother is still alive, right?" I nodded, unsure of what to say, "Well, when my Krypton exploded, I lost my family. Mum put one of these in my pod, knowing that I would need her." She looked at her feet. I walked closer to her, seeing the grief in her eyes.

"You have been through so much, how do you cope? I almost couldn't handle losing Alex, how do you cope with all of that loss?"

"I don't."

(One Day Later)

It was time. We were going after Cadmus. Kara was back at the DEO, waiting for us to come back. I still wasn't sure of what I was supposed to be doing. All I knew was that I was going to finally get the revenge I needed. I was going to kill Lillian Luthor.

"Kara, are you ready?" Alex said. I nodded, getting out of the helicopter and flying down to Cadmus' base, landing softly on the roof. A guard was stalking the left of me, just about to turn around. I used my super speed to run over to the darkness and stay hidden till he turned back towards the outside of the base. I heard Alex in the Comms asking for updates every time I got to a new hallway or room.

"Okay, Kara."

"What?" I whispered as softly as possible.

"She is in the room to your left." I crept to my left and spotted her in the room. I couldn't contain my anger and I ran full speed towards her. I hit her as hard as I could in the face. She stumbled to the ground, getting up quickly with wide eyes.

"I thought you were dead. Why aren't my lamps working on you?" She was surprised, and off guard.

"Fall in!" Alex in the comms.

"My death was temporary. You really need to find a new way of trying to harm me. The constant Kryptonite is getting old." I punched again, this time I heard something break in her jaw. I smiled and picked her up, pinning her against the wall.

"You aren't going to kill me, Supergirl doesn't kill. You are too moral." She spoke, obviously trying to ignore the broken jaw I had given her.

"I am not the usual Supergirl. On my Earth, you killed my sister. Maybe you wouldn't have on this Earth but I know you need to be stopped." I pulled her closer, whispering Kryptonese in her ear. I threw her against the wall, harder this time. She dropped to the floor. I tried to listen for her heartbeat, using my super hearing as an advantage. A huge smile spread across my face, I had finally gotten my revenge.

"What did you do?" Alex's voice snapped me out of my inward party. I couldn't speak. I was too ecstatic. "Kara!" She yelled.

"I killed the monster who killed my sister. End of Story. I didn't get to Lillian in time on my earth, she has already killed herself when we got to her base. I have gotten my revenge."

'Kara, revenge doesn't help the grief.' Kara's voice from before I left echoed in my ears. It certainly felt like it had helped.
