I do not own any of the Avengers or James Moriarty from Sherlock. I only own Lily Stark and any other characters not mentioned in previous Marvel comics and movies.
If you have not watched Sherlock or read the books, that doesnt matter. I am only using James Moriarty's character as a person in my story and some sort of the plot.
