Chapter 7: Agreement

Kaitlyn's POV

Soon after Naruto stopped crying some ninjas came and with them was that guy with the scars, he was apparently on a mission to capture the guy whose ass I kick, Naruto came and defended me thinking that they would take me away again. Then some old guy with a weird hat came and settled things with everyone, though Naruto was the hardest to calm down, until I came in. The old guy sent Naruto away with a ninja back to his home for security, he also wanted to speak to me, he seemed to be the leader around here so I agreed.

We then went to some big building in front of this giant mountain side, with faces, one of them looked like the old man. We were then inside of what seemed to be his office, he went behind his desk, then finally spoke.

"I would like to firstly thank you for saving Naruto, not only once but twice. I am very grateful and I'm extremely sorry for the way we treated you, please don't have any ill will against any of my men they were following orders. Please forgive us" he said then bowed down.

"no, no, no, please, you don't have to do that, it's okay I know that you only did it because I was some suspicious person who came out of nowhere, of course you'd take extra caution." I said, a little flustered

He then stopped bowing and looked at me.

"Now, let me introduce myself, my name is Hiruzen Sarutobi, I am the third hokage of the hidden leaf, it is very nice to finally meet you in person" he said then reached his hand to me, I then took it

"Hi, my name is Kaitlyn, Kaitlyn Greig, nice to meet you" I said with a sincere smile on my face, then though about what he said. "What did you mean by, to finally meet me?"

"I have been keeping an eye on you, since we placed you in prison" he said like it's normal

"Eh? Okay then?" I said as sweat falls on my head, 'that's not stalking at all'

"You seem to be skilled in a lot of foreign things. Your name, it's quite unique around here."

"You mean weird, right?" I said raising an eyebrow

"Oh no, that's not it"

"Sure?" I said staring at him, I saw him start to sweat

"Uh hm, well, back to business, what's your purpose for appearing here?" he questioned

"Well, the entrance I came thought appears anywhere randomly, and my purpose for coming here is that I'm looking for a crystal that will take me to the next world."

"Why is it that are traveling through these other worlds like you say?" he asked intently

"I'm trying to get back home to my family" I said seriously while looking at him in the eyes

"so that's it's, well then I will help you in your search as thanks"

"Whoa Really! Thanks a lot, old guy!" I was really happy that he was going to help me, this was going to be a big help.

"I will make some arrangements. From now on you shall train as a village ninja and live here, I will have some ninjas to do some research on your crystal, if anything is found I will inform you." He said while placing his hand together

"Yeah, I'm okay with that, but I would like to ask a favour."

"Hm? Yes, what is it?" he asked thinking about what it could be

"Frist, I would really like to have my sword back." He then reached under his desk and there it was my sword. 'So, he had it all this time'

"Here is this what you're looking for?" he passed the sword back to me, I said thank you and placed the sword by my side. "Is there anything else you need?"

"Well... since I'm going to be staying here, I have an idea I hope you would agree on." I went close to him and whispered my idea in his ear and he seemed to smile about the idea

"yes, I agree with this idea, you have my trust" he said, when I finished discussing it to him

"Agreed"

"Agreed" We then shock hands to seal the deal. I then smile about it 'I can't wait to see how this will end'
