When Trouble Comes

I'm walking through the halls looking for Pha. Where the hell is he? I'm so ready to leave. Who wants to stay at school any longer than necessary, especially when the things that happen when we leave school are so much fun.

I pass Kit in my search for my missing boyfriend.

"Kitty, have you Pha?"

"Yeah, he went back to the gym. He said he forgot something in his locker. But that was twenty minutes ago."

"Ok I'll go find him." I say over my shoulder as I head to the gym.

"Want me to come?" He calls after me.

"No, go find Forth." I say with a wink and he shakes his head and turns away.

I turn down the hall and see Pha lying on the ground. I run to him and crouch beside him.

"Pha! Pha! Hey wake up!" I look and his face is red.

He must have forgotten to drink water again. He's so bad at that.

"Kit!!!Come here and help." I scream down the hall to my best friend.

Before he even thinks he's already turning in my direction and running.  He comes skidding to a halt in front of me and a passed out Pha.

"He's too big to carry on my own."

"What happened? Is he ok?" Kit is looking over Pha to see what's wrong.

"I think the sun plus no water is the culprit."

"That idiot. How many times do we have to tell him?  You should withhold sex Beam."

"Why? Why should I be punished just because he's an idiot?"

Kit gives me his patented look then goes and slips Pha's arm over his shoulder.

My stupid boyfriend.

As we're walking down the hall we run into Forth who looks very concerned but I'll bet it has more to do with the fact that Kit is carrying Pha and not that Pha is passed out.

He runs over and stops our progression.

"Here Kit let me take over." Normally Kit would yell but truthfully my idiot boyfriend is kind of heavy so I completely understand when he simply slides out and lets Forth take his place. He then goes and grabs Pha's legs making it easier for us to drag his sorry ass to the nurse.

Once we get there we practically drop him on the bed and the nurse runs over pushing us out of the way to check on him.  She's always extra attentive towards him.  She better back the fuck up before we have it out.

"Calm down Sunshine, she can't do anything to him since we're here." says my Kitty while rubbing my back.

I give him a look that says "I'll kick her ass" and he gives me one that says "I'll hold her down for you".  We nod at each other and I calm down instantly.

My Kitty likes to call me Sunshine as a play on a beam of sunlight. He thinks he's clever. He doesn't always do it just sometimes.  Thinking about it I call him Kitty and he calls me Sunshine but we call Pha....Pha.  Well we call him asshole a lot too but that's not really a pet name is it?

The nurse gives Pha an IV and says he should wake up soon then leaves.  Don't think I didn't notice the way you caressed my boyfriend's head you bitch.
