Roxbury, March 3rd 2024

7 a.m.

My Iphone alarm rings. I get up all smiley and go take a shower.

Today I woke up happy and I even don't know the reason why.

But one thing I know. I'm ready to go back to New York.

Roderick is still sleeping and I look at him. He looks like an angel.

I'm so lucky to have him. He is the greatest.

I'm eating my breakfast and I turn the tv on just to see what's going on.

I zap through the channels so I can find one that doesn't show death or crime.

I just want to see what's going on with the show biz.

Roderick finally wakes up, goes to the kitchen.

Roderick – Good morning.

Jordan – Good morning.

Roderick – Somebody woke up really happy today.

Jordan – Yeah, I'm happy.

Jordan – I feel I'm ready to go back to New York.

Roderick – Really?

Jordan – Yes I really enjoyed being here but I have to.

Roderick – What about your sister? She will come after you!

Jordan – No, she won't, I will have Tank waiting for us at the train station.

Roderick – You do?!

Jordan – Well I don't, but I'm going to take care of that.

Jordan – I'm going to call Elsie.

Jordan – I made some toasts with cream cheese just like you like.

Jordan – There's orange juice too.

Roderick – Okay honey. But I'm going to take a shower first.

Jordan – Sure.

Roderick leaves the kitchen and goes to the bathroom.

And I'm going to call Elsie. She is going to be so happy.

She has been asking nonstop when will I go back to the bizz.

So I grab my Iphone and call her.

Jordan (on the phone) – Good morning Elsie.

Jordan (on the phone) – Yes I'm fine. How are you darling?

Jordan (on the phone) – I'm glad to hear that. Listen I have some news.

Jordan (on the phone) – We're going back to New York.

Jordan (on the phone) – I feel like I'm ready to go back to my acting career.

Elsie is screaming over the phone. I have to put the phone away so I don't become deaf.

Jordan (on the phone) – Listen, my sister might come after me.

Jordan (on the phone) – So I would like if you could tell Tank if he can cover us and drive us to my loft.

Jordan (on the phone) – Tell him to be at the Grand Central Terminal.

Jordan (on the phone) – Thank you Elsie. See you in a few hours.

Roderick appears.

Roderick – So are we safe?
