Since I don't really have anything else ready, I just wanted to start with my favorite character, and one of my stories I'm proud of.

(Before the explosion in the Switzerland base)

“(Y/N), I love you too, but protecting the people during this time needs to be my priority, and I can't afford to be distracted.” McCree said…, the man I had just confessed to, had turned me down, and it was the last straw to send me over the edge.

“Okay, yeah, I totally agree. It was dumb timing, I understand.” I replied.

“Thank you for understanding.” He said as he hugged me, before turning away, and heading down the hall, towards his respected area within the base.

'Tonight, I'm ending it all, no more pain.’ I thought to myself, as I bumped into Jack..

“Hey, (Y/N), is everything alright, you're crying.” He asked with a look of concern.

“Oh, yeah, I was just thinking about my family again.” I said, as an excuse. My family had died towards the beginning of the omnic crisis, leading me towards joining Overwatch, and being taken in by Ana, becoming a sniper for them.

“Okay. Remember, you can always come to me if you need someone to talk to. I suggest you take the day off soldier, you look exhausted as well.” He told me.

“Alright commander, I'll take your words.” I said, heading for my room. Once reaching it, I laid down on my bed, and cried. Between rejection, my family dying, leaving me behind, and all of the death around me, and only being 18 has led to depression. Me and McCree, were close, ever since I joined, and there was only a one year difference between us. We spent our time in the cafeteria eating, talking, getting to know each other, and joking over the three years we've been here. We had grown close, and everyone could tell we liked each other, but like he had said earlier, it was important to focus on the omnic crisis. After spending hours on end in my room, silently crying, I heard a knock on my door, before I heard someone start to open my door. I quickly turned my body away from the door, and acted to be asleep. I felt the bed sink a little, before a low voice said,

“Hey, you missed dinner, and I'm worried about you. Jack told me you seemed under the weather soon after I talked with you. You got me concerned that I've caused more pain than necessary. I know about your depression, and that you spend your time crying, even if you're smiling around others. I want the best for you, and I hope we can be together at some point.” He said as he stood up. I felt him standing above me for a little while, before he leaned down, and kissed my head. Afterwards, he left the room. I thought about what he said, before deciding to continue ending it tonight. I laid there for a few more hours before getting up, and walking out of the room, without my armor and weapon. I slowly walked through the dark, heading for the roof. Once reaching the top of the base, which was five stories high, I placed myself on the edge of the base. I looked at the stars, then at the ground below, then back at the stars. I smiled to myself, before leaning forward while closing my eyes and…, I felt my body jerk backwards, and face the one and only McCree.

“Are you insane?! What the hell?!” He yelled at me.

I looked him straight in the eye, before I started to ball my eyes out. He held me, while I cried.  Once calming down, I looked back at his eyes, to see his eyes were glazed with tears as well.

“I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry…” I continued saying as I hugged him.

“Hey, hey, it's okay, just tell me. Why?” He asked me.

“ I couldn't take it anymore. Between the death of my family, all of the death around me, and you rejecting me, it just became too much!” I told him, continuing to cry.

“Darlin', I was obviously wrong. I've come to realize I made a big mistake. You're what keeps me going everyday. You're the reason I get up and keep fighting. You're the reason I laugh and smile. You're the reason I keep hope in such a dark time. You're my light, and I realize now that being with you, would be the best damn thing in my life.” He said with tears running down his face.

“Jesse, I swear if this just some joke you decided to play, I will end you.” I said, looking him dead in the eyes.

“No, darlin’ I ain't playing any games. I truly care about you, and I want to be with you. So will be the other half of this cowboy’s heart?” He said with a smirk.

“Damn it Jesse, yes. Of course I will.” I said smiling, and we kissed.

Time Skip

It had been a year since Jesse and I had been on the roof, and finally became a couple. I had just finished my paperwork, so I decided to make my way to my favorite cowboy, and made my way to the side where the blackwatch base was located. As I made my way towards it, I started to hear a ticking noise, and Gabe walk out of a room, before everything went white, then all black.

Hope y'all enjoyed. Later Ma Dudes!
