December 1

Jenny POV

It's finally December! Only like three days until winter break ! I'm actually excited to be going on a break I really need some time to myself to just figure things out and have some time away from my friends. We are all giving each other gifts so I need to buy my last gift today. I already had my present for Mary,Angela and Diana.So I was just missing Lauren and Andrea. 

Things over the last month have been a bit weird. Luke and I ignored each other for like 2 weeks but then we started talking again and its almost back to normal. Garret,Angela and I have become really close friends. Since he's in like 2 of ours classes and we have a lot of lunches with him, we get to talk to him a lot. He's really nice and funny,a really good friend. Recently I found out he liked me and I've been trying to keep my distance a bit because I don't want to hurt him or for him to get the wrong idea. I know it seems like a really mean thing to do but I just don't want him to feel bad.

Obviously the feelings I had for Luke never really left,they're still there but I think he's moved on and I'm sure that's better for the both of us. We've been acting a lot like normal friends and I'm glad because I never really wanted our friendship to end. Everyone still says we make a cute couple and it makes things a bit awkward but we just laugh and slightly shake our heads. 

I heard the start of "They Don't Know About Us" and realized my phone was ringing, I answered not even checking the caller ID

Hey Jen, it's Luke

Oh hey Luke, what's up?

Oh nothing I was just gonna ask if we had any homework for Ms.Brown.

 I rolled my eyes and said the homework. I was thinking he would call just to talk to me but of course he would only call to ask for homework. He does that a lot now and it's weird because we have the same class and we all know that I don't really pay attention.But anyways I told him what it was,he said thanks and told me he would see me tomorrow. I said ok and hung up. That kid stressed me out so much! I groaned and fell on my bed. I looked at the clock and noticed it was 10:35. I decided to go to sleep, so I put my PJ's on and fell asleep.

December 21

Today was the last day of school for the year! After this winter break started. Mary came to me this morning and gave me my gift and it was the...... UP ALL NIGHT AND TAKE ME HOME ALBUM'S FROM ONE DIRECTION!! I was so freaking happy. I jumped and hugged her when she gave it to me. We were about to go to lunch and this was one the lunches that we ALL had together and when I say all I mean ALL. Angie, Garret, Mary, Luke ,Diana and Lauren were all there. We all walked to the cafeteria since we all had class right next to each other before the bell.When we got there,we messed around in the line and then finally sat down.

When I threw my trash away, Angela asked me "Do you still like Luke?" I looked at her in shock because first she just asked me that and second Luke was like right next to me. I looked away,got up and went to sit with Jonathan for a while. He looked at me weirdly while I just smiled nervously at him. Mary called back to the table. We stood next to the table where everyone was sitting, just talking and stuff. Angela kept pressuring Luke and I could tell he was nervous because he kept looking between people and passing his hand through his hair. I was laughing with Mary when Angela screamed "Just go and do it! Now!" I looked at her like a weirdo and then Luke turned towards me, I smiled at him, he opened his mouth and said something I didn't think I would hear
