Chapter 21

"I will miss you so much. Please call us when you land." Derek says hugging me tightly. 

"I will miss you too. I promise I will call you when I land." I say. I hug Skate, Lele, Ana, Stassie, Sammy, Taylor and Amanda then we board the plane.

I feel hot tears running down my cheeks as the plane starts to take off. Madison grabs my hand. 

"Hey sweetie it's going to be okay. Just remember you can always come back to visit. We are all moving to better things. It's time. We all are growing up my love. We can do this." She says. 

"You're right." I smile. She wipes my tears away. 

"Get some rest we will be here awhile." I nod and lean back in my seat. 

-Derek's POV-

Watching Nivea board that plane broke my heart. Everything has come to end like we all knew it would. She wouldn't have left if it weren't for falling in love with JJ.

I kind of caused that because I fell for Lele so Nivea moved on. I never did tell her how I felt about her and I regret it now because I won't see her for a long time, if I ever get to see her again. 

I can't be irrational of course I will see her again. I will just go visit her in a couple months, maybe I will have a tour there or something. I miss her already. 

She was...IS my world and I am letting her go because she's happy. She is moving onto greater things like Skate and I. She has a boyfriend now that will actually care about her, and she is no longer our innocent little flower.

I just hope things go as well as she thinks they will because I have a bad feeling something bad will happen. 

I really really hope that I am wrong and I'm just being paranoid because she is leaving California for the first time without us. 

"Bro it's all going to be okay." Sammy says as we are driving back to the house. 

"I know. It's just that I am super worried. She has never left the state without Skate and I." I say. 

"Derek you sound like an overprotective parent. You and Skate act like her parents. She's 21, she is a big girl. I don't wanna sound like a dick but honestly you guys both knew that things would end eventually. Trust me if she is meant to be with you guys in one place, she'll come home, but for now she's in New York. I mean JJ, Jack and Felix are all there. They will take care of her." Taylor says. 

"You're right." I say sighing. 

"I get it though. She's like a sister to you guys, it's been the three of you since 14. I know, but you're both rappers pursuing your dreams and she's a singer, photographer and model pursuing hers. It's hard to let someone you deeply care for go. I did that once and I know it sucks." He says.

"Yeah yeah." I say waving it off. 

"But Taylor she is the foundation to this friendship. She holds all of us together and if she's gone then we all crumble. All of us fall." Skate says not taking his eyes off the road. Tears begin to run down his cheek.

"Guys we should go to a party. Get your minds off of this." Stassie suggests. 

"No thanks guys. I just wanna go home and sleep. I have to be at the studio early in the morning we have a new guy coming in to be my assistant since Colby quit last week." I say. God I hate that guy anyways. 

He hurt my little flower Nivea.

"Oh come on please one drink?" Lele begs.

"Not tonight babe seriously." 

"Fine."
