I walked out of the classroom and down the hall filled with students giving me weird look, including some people staring. Everyone's attention has been on me since my dad put up that tweet the day I was in the hospital. They obviously knew it was me because I was quiet and I wasn't on any social media. Tomorrow before I leave with my family and Liam on our trip, I am making a video to explain things that have happened the past month. I haven't uploaded and a lot of people are concerned. They are especially confused because I am at school but not on YouTube.

The scar on my stomach has been healed. Well, it doesn't hurt anymore. It's still there and it will never go away.

I open my locker and shove in the books I don't need. I grab my English notebook then close my locker, but not before being rudely interrupted Zach, the school's dick. See he is like the school player like Liam was, but Liam just doesn't do his work and beats people up. He can also be a dick sometimes, but as long as he is nice to me and Kayden, I don't mind.

(Z=Zach)

Z-"Hey Kaitlyn, why don't you come over to my house later."

I felt really uncomfortable so I shifted in my spot. He leaned in and whispered in my ear.

Z-"I can treat you right."

My breath hitched as he was about to place his hand on my waist, but next thing I knew I heard people starting to whisper. I looked and saw Liam storming down the hallway, coming my way. He walked right up to Zach who didn't see him, and yanked him by the back of his shirt. Liam dragged Zach down the hallway by his collar and he was struggling to loosen the grip. The whole time Liam didn't speak a word, neither did the people around us, and neither did I.

I saw Kayden follow behind Liam and Zach. Kayden glanced back at me before following them out the front door. I quickly walked after them and out the front doors. I saw a crowd In a circular form and knew exactly who was in the middle of it. I really didn't want to go through it all, but I had to. I held my breath and pushed my way through the crowd. My heart was beating loud in my ears by the time I made it to the guys.

I saw Liam pummeling Zach's face which was covered in blood and had several bruises. Kayden just watched with a serious look on his face. People were getting closer and my heart was beating faster.

I kept thinking the same thing over and over again. 'Not again, please not again'. I dropped my notebooks which made Liam look up. Kayden turned to me and his eyes widened. I put my hands over my ears, trying to block out the sound of my blood running through my veins and my heart beating louder than drums. I closed my eyes trying to get it to stop.

Silence.

Nothing was heard.

Well, I heard nothing.

For everyone else, I knew they heard something.

The scream that could silence an entire school.

And mine did.

I felt hot tears on my cheeks and hands on my shoulders.

The hands started to shake my shoulders and I think the screaming stopped. I never could hear it. It just was just silence on my end. I lowered my hands to my side, but kept my eyes closed. I was shaking and I heard a muffled Liam talking to me. I slowly opened my eyes to see Kayden in front of me and Liam next to me.

I looked around me to see everyone looking at me with shocked looks on their faces. Zach was knocked out cold on the ground with blood all over his face.

I saw my notebooks out of the corner of my eye on the ground. Kayden had his hands off my shoulders by now so I grabbed them and ran back into the school just as the second bell rang. I was probably one of the few people still in the school so I went into the bathroom. I walked in and looked in the mirror. My eyes were puffy and I had tears stained on my cheeks. I grabbed a paper towel and put cold water on it. I pat my face with it to make it look normal again.

I threw the paper towel away when I was done then left the bathroom. I went o English and sat in my usual seat. People were already in the room and glanced at me every so often. Liam looked at me with concern and grabbed my hand underneath the table. Kayden was next me sitting and just staring at the table like me. I didn't glance up once at either of them.

I didn't need to, to know what they were thinking about.

Time passed quickly and before I knew it the bell rang for lunch. I grabbed my notebooks and detached my hand from Liam's. I was almost out of the classroom after everyone else left when my wrist was grabbed. I turned around to face Liam and Kayden with concerned looks on their faces.

LM-"Kitten, we need to talk so we can help you."

I switched my eyes over to Kayden who had a stare being held against my head.

KD-"You can't shut us out."

This would be the first time having a full conversation with them in over a week.

And I was not prepared for it.
