Chapter 21

When I got home I started cleaning up a little. Then I took a quick shower and had a little snack before Josh showed up. I'll be honest, I'm not really sure where we stand. Sure we've spent the night together, we've hugged and kissed, all things couples do, right? Anyway. Josh gave me a hug and a kiss on the cheek before we sat on the couch. We turned on Modern Family and sat for a while. "Damn, it's hot." I commented, fanning myself with my hands. "We are in Hawaii." He laughs motioning to the beach outside the window. I smile and nod, knowing what he was going to propose. I jumped up to run and get my bathing suit just to be thrown over Josh's shoulder. "No time for that!" He runs outside and throws me in the water. "Josh!" I gasp, remembering I was still fully clothed, and so was he. He shrugs and I push him under. When we come back up we're close. I can feel his breath on my face. Next thing I know we're making out. "I guess we're back together." I nod and pull him inside.

*the next day*

I run out to the beach to where Josh, Liam, Sam, Jena, Willow, Liz, and Woody sit on the beach. "Jen!" Willow jumps in my arms. "Hey Willow. What's up?" She shrugs and we sit on the warm. Everyone says their hi's to me and Sam speaks up. "Jen, what's with the sunglasses? We're safe from paparazzi, and it's not even that sunny." Before I can respond he pulls them off my face. Revealing my black eye. "Really?" Josh slaps my arm, "you didn't even try to hide it?" I blush and start explaining. "Well..."

*flashback*

By now it was almost midnight and me and Josh were super drunk. And playing

Truth or Dare when your drunk never ends well.

"Jen, truth or dare?"

"Dare."

"I dare you to rub sand all over you."

I roll my eyes at his dare and chug the rest of my beer before getting up. I guess I didn't realize the glass door was closed because the next thing I know I run into it.

*end of flashback*

By the end of my story everyone was dying of laughter, even Josh. "Oh shut up!"
